Review 1：Too much noise from the pool area, some days there was non stop music from breakfast to late at night. Reception was crowded and check-in/out took a while. The apartment interior is pretty spartan.

Review 2：Nice place, seems well run. Friendly staff. Lovely garden, a nice view of Praia dos Golfinhos from the corner of the land. Big portions of food at the restaurant, good value for money.

Review 3：The bathroom has a large tub for two, which we didn't use and it takes up most of the room. There is hardly any counter space to put your toiletries. The AC was very loud. The pool is nice, but there is only a 5 ft wide corridor to swim the length as round kiddie pools intrude.

Review 4：The breakfast was good, especially the fresh fruit. Our bedroom and living room were huge. The staff was very helpful. Our room was near the reception area, so we got wifi in our room. Most rooms don't get it.

Review 7：Rooms are huge and very nice. The pool is beautiful and there is a lot of entertainment at night which keeps us busy. It is only a 5 minute walk into the village and a 10 minute walk away from the beach. Overall it is a great hotel and feels like a private resort.

Review 10：The place is really only a fresh paint-job away from looking like a high end resort. Disappointed not to have toiletries provided with the room, and the large tub really only filled by a dribble of luke-warm water. Breakfast was generous, but head to Pipa for lunch and dinner rather than eating at the hotel.

Review 11：Grounds and pool area were LOVELY. The location was terrific, just a nice 8 minute walk to the center of Pipa means that Pipa Ocean View felt quiet and secluded. Staff was nice, spoke many languages and were helpful. Bed was comfortable and rooms large. We stayed for 8 days during the World Cup and enjoyed ourselves immensely.

Review 29：The walk to the beach was more than what I expected compared to other hotels in the area where I stayed before. However, the distance was compensated by the nice grass area with hammocks and the big pool I could enjoy at Pipa Ocean View.

Review 30：I liked this hotel very much. People at the reception where always very helpful and happy to serve, especially "Igor". The pool was fantastic. At night you could even watch the stars while swimming. Breakfast was also very good. Besides the nice buffet, fresh local "tapiocas" were made on request.
