Review 1：I tried to order breakfast around 11h am and there wasn't any, there wasn't a menu for the room service, something that you expect when you stay at four star hotel

Review 10：Unfortunately the wifi wasn't great and I was unable to work. Though the hotel is very clean and is a smoke free hotel, my room did smell of cigarettes.

Review 11：The staff were warm, friendly and welcoming. They made my stay a very pleasant. The location of the hotel is also excellent as it overlooks the beach and its walking distance from the town. As I was in Varna as part of a swimming training camp - the hotel is also conveniently located opposite the Olympic pools. I had a great room that overlooked the beach and pools, which included a balcony to top. All in all, not a bad hot at all!

Review 32：The room had a very strong cigarette smell We arrived late in the evening and the lady at the reception was eating and seemed very irritated by our arrival When I asked how can I carry the luggage she told me that they have an elevator. The man who showed us the parking garage didn't even try to help us although we had a lot of luggage and our 6 months daughter was asleep.

Review 37：Saturday night's bass boom from the beach disco is a little intrusive, even if you close the windows. The promo picture is deceptive. The swimming pool is on the other side of the road and is a municipal facility, mainly used by local inhabitants and is not a sunbathing facility. That's the beach which is close by.

Review 43：Slightly disappointed about there being no safes in the rooms and the charge of 4 leva a night to use the safe in reception. But I guess the provision of these safes would increase the overall price, so on balance might be worth it for the customer to pay a few Euro extra individually.

Review 45：We received one of the few rooms in the hotel that didn't have a full view of the sea but just a limited view, due to the room window not facing the main boulevard. Also, almost every time we entered the room we could feel the smell of cigarette smoke. We needed to open the window for it to clear - not sure if it cleared completely or we just got used to it.

Review 49：Right in front of the hotel it is a giant (probably olimpic) pool, but we couldn't use it ( it was closed due to Easter celebration). It seems it is opened from 7-20 each day. We would have liked a higher floor and also a longer time for having breakfast. Also parking is rather expensive.

Review 50：Staying in the appartment at this hotel was like heaven! The hotel is well located near the Port, just about 10 min walking from the old town. It is very spacious, super clean and well equipped. They recommended us the best restaurant ever, Captain Cook, which is at 3-5 minutes distance. All in all probably one of the best hotels in Varna. We were very lucky and glad to spend time in this hotel.

Review 53：Girl checking us in was rude and demonstrated a real lack of hospitality. If a second staff member were like her, we would have been very disappointed with our stay. The picture with the pool on the web site is very deceiving. When we arrived, they told us we would not be able to use the pool and sent us someplace with a very dirty facility.

Review 66：hard to find parking places outside of the hotel, but it is possible. count in 10 minutes for that. otherwise there's a garage in the hotel, but we didn't use it. for the sensitive ones, you have to close the window during the night because there's a street right in front of the hotel. once the windows are closed, it it very quiet. so no problem for us

Review 70：The money for the room were blocked on my card. Why would you do that? The money were not unblcoked even today. In this situation I had to pay with different money the room but still remained with the money blcoked on my card waiting for the bank to unlock after investigation. I will never stay in this hotel, and we come to Varna 3-4 times per summer at least.

Review 78：The view and location was great but there is a busy road right in front of the hotel. The room was clean and large enough. The staff was very helpful. Decent/ affordable massage if you need to treat yourself. The breakfast was pretty good actually, I don't know why other reviewers complained about that, perhaps they have improved it since then. Just a tip the parking lot is to the left of the hotel. down a one way street but you have to get one of the porters to let you in, so perhaps call when you are almost there and have them meet you outside.

Review 79：ONLY because it happened to be World Cup and I was alone... it would be nice if the TV matched the room size and was opposite the sofa. It's a bit small and on the desk opposite the bed.
