Review 1：We really disliked the lock out that leaves you out of your room from 11 to 15 pm for cleaning reasons. Even if we had paid for only two nights, we still had to let someone in our room to clean it up (just sweep the floor, not even make the beds). We felt unsecure because in fact the hotel pointed out very clearly that they are not responsible for any losts. The cleaning lady was very unpleasant and hard on us and the morning recepcionist didnt really listen to our situation.

Review 3：Sitting areas within the hostel and bathrooms were very unhygienic. The drain in the shower was blocked. There was nowhere to hang your clothes or towel in the bathroom.

Review 15：There are no sinks in the bathroom! In my room we had our own shower room (with two showers and two sinks) and toilet room (with one toilet and nothing else). That means that I couldn't go the the toilet when someone had locked the shower room (all morning)... Also, the bottom bunk bed is tiny and I hit my head really hard several times in the night.

Review 16：It's right next to the big shopping street in Brussels, and takes maybe 15 min to walk to Grand Place and Mannekin pis. The breakfast is free and quite good.

Review 21：There is no kitchen and no teakettle in the bedroom. The bedroom is too small to fit in so many people. The bed is not comfortable too. The lower bed is too low to sleep...be careful with your head. Also, the luggage room is in the groud floor, although you can ask for the key in the reciption people always forget to give the key back. it doesn't seem to be that safe to deposite....

Review 37：The breakfast here is good. On top of the usual carbs, there was salad and tuna and pastries. The room is not bad, the wooden bunk beds can make the room look not as new and modern/clean as other hostels but its actually quite comfortable and clean. The shower room is very clean. There are small lockers below the beds, you just have to use your own padlock.

Review 39：Nice staff. The little issue we had with the price arrangement through booking.com was easily solved. Had an individual room and bathroom. Very clean and recently updated. Special usb power socket by the bed, very handy.

Review 40：Room looks like a prison cell. But that's not the worst part of this place. Every day you have to leave your room 11AM to 3PM 'cause they clean it. You can't refuse even for money. You can't hang a 'don't disturb' sign. Just 11AM to 3PM your key isn't working. That simple. If you smoke like me you gonna go down in the morning wearing a t-shirt... and won't be able to come back. Only with the reception guy who's gonna look at you like that's you are an idiot and then wait for a tip. And you know what? The room does not change after that! They just take the garbage. Awesome.

I wish that had a better route to arrive there from the airport, but isn't their fault and the location is in a short walk from the grand place. I couldn't try the breakfast so I can't say if it's good or not.

Review 43：I stayed in a 4 bed ensuite room, the room was really good, clean, with enough space to put the luggage and comfy beds. What I liked the most was that all beds had their own space with light and usb sockets to charge your things, really helpful! The hostel has a nice design and a big common area that unfortunately I couldn't enjoy because I was there just for one night.

Review 44：I booked room feminine, and I had to sleep with a male, then I left things in the room because I slept two nights and upon returning I found more, I reported in reception though without concluding anything, there is a lot of disorganization in that place

The things I loved most were the separated bathrooms in the room, one for showers and one for the toilet, the usb plug and the small lamp above every bed, the nice staff and the good location (very close to the metro station and to the historic center). There were also things I liked less, like a broken window or a broken drawer, but these didn't affect my stay in any way and there was a notice that they will get fixed soon. Over all, I think this is the best hostel in Brusselles and I will definitely choose it again.

In general the room was clean, very fresh linnen, but still there was dust and some hair in the corners of the room, which I didn't like, especially taking into account that the room was very tiny. There is no sound isolation, so I could hear everything in the corridor, which interrupted sleep from time to time.

Review 74：The location is super convenient, right next to the very shopping street of city center, but.. all shops are closed around 6 PM! :( I got tiny but newly renovated and refurbished room. Fine buffet breakfast. Wi-fi worked properly. And there is very hot water without interruptions in the shower, which is rarity for hostels. Perfect price and quality ratio.

Review 75：- room smelt, and window was broken, so you couldn't open it more than 2 inches to get rid of the stench. - toilet didn't flush - shower overflowed, and so the whole bathroom would have a wet floor and so getting dressed without wetting your clothes was fun.. - wifi was the worst at any hostel I've stayed at - Only two powerpoints that the whole room could use, and then two lucky bottom bunks had one of their own. I disliked it so much here, I left and went elsewhere. Super disappointed.

Metro station is 300 meters which is very convenient if you want to catch the bus for Rynair's airport. 10 minutes walking to the center which was also nice. Review 100：The lack of a kitchen to cook and prepare food is a great disadvantage for me. Plus, they close the rooms and don't let you in for few hours in midday which is annoying, I wanty freedom to go to my stuff and to my bed and stay until whenever I want without being told to leave and be always escorted during that time. The breakfast finishes quite early. Lockers too small in the dorm.
