Review 2：Décor of the rooms/corridors is over-the-top to say the least! But well executed and finished so comes out as tasteful in context.
Review 3：the waiter in the restaurant didn't speak English; loud music in the restaurant can be heard in the room; it was written in the presentation that there is a fridge in the room but it was a small refrigerator usually used for mini-bars, not cooling enough

Review 5：Първо, изключително шумно по всяко време на денонощието. Интернет връзката е лоша, прекъсва постоянно, няма възможност за връзване с кабел, за да се избегне лошия безжичен нет. Ресторанта е под всякаква критика, бедно меню, бавно обслужване, високи цени. Нямат най-българската чорба - шкембе... Намръщени, високомерни и неучтиви служители на рецепция!

Review 7：Not empathatic girl on arrival. No disabled support (had to limp up about 14 stairs on a broken ankle). Hot shower went cold. Air con didnt work. Heard people urinating through walls as so thin. Springs came through bed. Such a shame as look, price and location fantastic.
