Review 1：Day time: Terrible noise of huge construction of new buildings at the entrance of the hotel. Night time: Noise from discoteque Murano on the side. SPA: Children aloud to use the spa, in a place where you want to relax and have a massage!

Review 2：I liked the bedroom and view to the ocean, breakfast and service very good.

Review 3：We wanted to enjoy the infinity pool on the first floor, but couldn't do so because the water is very cold, both for me and my husband. So we had to go to the basement to use the temperate pool, with view of 4 walls. Hopefully, next time we visit, wish we could enjoy the panoramic ocean view pool without freezing ourselves.

Review 4：The location is perfect, near my customers' stores, meanwhile is also next to the mall. The restaurant on first floor offers spectacular view of the ocean, and the food is pretty good too. Overall, the atmosphere of the hotel is nice. Room is clean, with easily accessible plugs on the wall.

Review 5：The towels are usually like sand paper...very thin and over used. The bed is usually ok, but on my last stay the bed was horrific.

Review 7：The hotel is located next to the mall and there was a discoteque that was blasting music until 4am every night we were there. During the day you are greeted with jack hammering and machines due to the construction right next door. Then once a day the construction area is blasted with dynamite that shakes the hotel. The noise was nonstop.

Review 9：I know the hotel from its beginning and had about 10 stays. Since my last stay 15 months ago the general conditions have decreased significantly: Lamp on desk defect, sink of washbasin defect, handle of curtain defect (lying on the floor), crumpled paper on the floor. Variety of breakfast decreased (e.g. no rolls).

Review 11：The internet connection is very bad. Extremely slow, I was trying to update some files for work and I could not. I ended up using my 3G phone internet connection which was faster. Internet problem was the three days I stayed.

Review 14：Lacking standard items like, no iron or ironing board in rooms, no tea/coffee making in the rooms. No Gym at the hotel. No fridge in the rooms.

Review 15：The view from the upper rooms of the hotel is good. The general layout of the hotel is ok. The rooms are large. The hotel is next door to the shopping mall.

Review 16：We had to wait an hour because our booking.com reservation did not get to the hotel computing system. We had to ask for the manager to solve this situation. This was a problem that should not affect the client, only booking.com and the hotel. It seems that this is bad organization of the hotel.

Review 20：We had "drama" the first night due a party in a balcony next to us (thats not allowed). We called at the reception several times but the management did not do anything about it, so we basically could not sleep until 5 am... Our WC was not pumping water, the safe box had no batteries and the frigobar was not working. The hotel has a minimum space for vehicles and gets very crowded at night which leads you to leave your vehicle at the street or pay at the parking lot at the mall.

Review 21：The hotel is very well located and it has his own access to the beach and to the mall. Breakfast and meals are pretty good, so its worth to try a nice meal at the terrace with a lovely view.

Review 22：Noise from nearby club all night long. Very poor service, for example : five minutes before breakfast was about to close, I got up to get some coffee (while my plates were still full and my cell phone was on the table), when I got back my table was busy being cleared, just to be told " but we are closing in five minutes", without a apology, he proceeded to take all my plates. Meanwhile they hadn't even cleared the buffet yet. Anyway, I went back to the buffet and served me some more breakfast. Also they refused to park my car for me (obviously never heard of valet service)

Review 24：Impossible to sleep, the club next door was very noisy till 5 am. Our room was so dirty (carpet not attended at all, filthy fingerprints all over windows and bed headboard) we requested to change it. The other room was cleaner, yet still had loads of hair in the bathroom. The staff were simply rude and made us feel rather unwelcomed. Double charged us and only returned the money 2 weeks later. The wi-fi did not work at all on any of the levels. Outside pool had wild birds swimming in it. The heated pool is tiny. When we wanted to order some drinks, 7 waiters stood and did nothing for 15 minutes, so I went up to the bar and had to wait another 10 minutes until I was served. I was the only customer at the bar. There is no way this is a 5-star hotel.

Review 25：The view over the sea was nice. The breakfast was delicious, however completely disorganized, some people were eating standing as all the tables were dirty and staff did not seem to be interested into cleaning them or providing guests with cutlery, more bowls and plates.

The previous guest had eaten nuts and some of them were on the floor. - The bathroom is big but there are just a few things in there. 1 soap, 1 glass, and just two towels. The room has double bed but is designed for 1 guest. - Staff doesn't know anything. One receptionist says late check out is OK the other says we cannot do it. - We had lunch at the restaurant but the food came abt 30 mins after we ordered. - The breakfast is very poor with very little choice. - The receptionist told us there is wi-fi in the room but does not work properly and the signal strenght wasn't good. - The spa is very little and most of the things don't work. - There is a little pool outside for guests to enjoy but the seagulls, pelicans etc were bathing in it and enjoying it more and the staff does not do anything abt it. - The room price is incredibly high (more than $200 per night) for the low quality they offer.
