Review 1：Absolutely need a renovation. The hotel is nice and would have a good rating with some investments.

Review 3：Internet in the in my room was very poor! I had some work I couldn't do it properly! Although one of the reason to book that hotel was internet access & was confirmed by hotel stuff.

Review 6：Average hotel with a very good receptionist. Room was of a good size but the decor was a little tired. Breakfast was good but there was a slight rush just before we arrived and there was very little left and it took quite a while before everything was replaced. Good parking free of charge in a secure compound.
Review 7：There was s problem with our bath/shower taps and it was hard to mix the hot and cold water, it came out very hot and couldn't get the cold to come through. The shower curtain and curtain rail fell off the Wall.

Review 9：The 'gym' wasn't a gym it was three pieces of equipment and the shower after the sauna didn't work.. The double bed was two single beds pushed together so often found myself between the gap of the beds, they were comfy however.

Review 15：We were looking for somewhere near to airport for early morning flight. Difficult to find in the town. Nobody on reception, have to keep buzzing and waiting. Booked room for three, only gave room to two. Rooms are tired and place feels run down. Pictures do not represent quality of the rooms. No restaurant or common areas, people hanging around reception. No shuttle to airport, and would not leave car there as did not feel secure. Would not stay, again and would not recommend staying for overnight stay for airport.

Review 17：There was no restaurant or bar open at the hotel, so had to go out to eat and meet up with freinds, so our party was often fragmented across town. I paid for a Hotel not a travel Lodge, so feel cheated that there were no facilities available. Will not stay there again.

Review 19：Easter weekend and restarant not open at all. No bar. Town not great. 10 mins from centre. As a lg group we all had different complaints about rooms from no hot water, broken heaters, air conditioner broken, rubbish showers. overall wholly we were all unimpressed.

Review 22：No hot water in the shower, reception said they looked at it and nothing wrong it was the best they could do, water tepid but basin was boiling hot. The whole place is falling apart, need some major money spent updating it. Location was poor for as was in the business district.

Review 66：The room smelt of smoke. Someone entered my room in the middle of the night using a key card. Once they realised I was awake they apologised in English and ran away down the corridor before I could see them. As a lone female traveller I would not feel safe staying here again.

Review 75：We have used this hotel every year for about ten years, the staff have always been good and the accommodation is clean. We bring a group of young gymnasts for a competition in the town and every effort is made to accommodate us on the same floor.
