Review 5：Truly a "blessing in disguise"!! From the outside it appears to be a ordinary motel, but open the door to your room and you will be pleased with the furnishings and decor! It's quite lovely, and very clean! Bed was very comfortable too! Very good value!

Review 7：We have reserved a room with balcony but upon arrival at 4pm we're told that no such room left for us. I told we have booked this motel only due to the balcony but the person told that no such room and we need to pay extra $5. But in the evening I noticed that the motel was half empty, no lights in most room and just few cars around. My opinion this is not fair business
Review 8：If you allow pets- they should not be left alone in the room if the owners go out- barking for over an hour was very disturbing.Also when I complained the 3 staff spoke asian instead of english- how do I know they weren't complaining about me. I will not stay there again.Also others fighting and slamming doors was loud enough the owners should have stopped this.

Review 10：It's off the highway, so I thought it might be more quiet. A bit of road noise from the city street below, which died off eventually. Also, a loud group in the street at 0530. Guests leaving??? Also dissapated quickly.

Review 12：The front desk person told me my room had just been cleaned....walking into the room the carpet had stuff on it, some of which looked like food and there were dead flies. The toilet would just run and the fridge was loud. I would not recommend this place at all, very unsatisfied customer.

Room was spacious and clean with a small balcony to enjoy a morning coffee.Visit to the Hope Tunnels was brilliant. Definitely recommend the Windsor. Charles, the front desk host is extremely helpful and cheerful.

It is right across from a huge park and lots of shops (although most were closed by the time we arrived)...would definitely stay again if we pass through Hope...

Review 34：The Windsor is a older building which has been completely refurbished.The rooms have been attractively decorated and feature good linens andflat screen TVs. This motel is within a block and a half of a number ofrestaurants and shopping as well. We have been staying there for yearswhen poor road conditions or fatigue have overtaken us. We have alwaysbeen very comfortable and have slept well. I have been recommending theWindsor for many years.
Review 35：We had two double beds instead of two queens and one of the beds had very poor springs. The result was poor sleep for two people. Second bed had a much better mattress

Review 37：The man kept telling me that I can't smoke in the room. And if I do then there will be a charge and on and on and on. I was getting annoyed with that. I am a NON smoker. Could have done without the speech. Then I get in the room and there is an ash tray on the patio table outside.
