Review 1：The room smells like cigarretes. The bed sheet was dirty. The cold filtered by the door. The carpet was dirty
Review 2：Nothing. The rooms looks better in the picture than the reality
Review 3：Needed more towels and washcloths for a room with two people. Each room should have at lease two towels, two hand towels, and two wash cloths, we were only provided with one of each. Glad I travel with extras. A bath mat would of been nice as well.... Hallway stairs was spewn with litter and cases of beer bottles. A broom and dustpan would of gone a long way.
Review 4：Some people are way too critical... was the least expensive place (under $75 a night) Better than anticipated for the price point. I have stayed in worse rooms for more money. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Reception was friendly and quick. I believe that renovations are in the works. The restaurant, Oceans, was lovely for breakfast with a Caribbean theme and friendly wait staff. And a VERY good cup of coffee ;)

Review 8：Good bed, clean room, lots of hot water and towels.We arrived an hour early and the man at the desk told us to go into the restaurant Tiffany's and we had a coffee and juice compliments of the motel and the desk clerk came and got us when our room was ready

Review 34：The room my kids stayed in smelled horribly of smoke and the first roomthey put us (parents) into, the toilet didn't work and the previousguest had left us a "package" in said toilet. The front deskmanager quickly changed our room (now had a working toilet) but the bedswere poor and the racoons on the roof and the energetic couple next doorwere very loud and kept us up all night!

And there is ashtray for those who can't read!It's also cold like a hell, even heater was at max, although outsidetemperature was just about 0c. I wonder how people survive there whenoutside is -20c: their rules forbid to bring own heaters.

From the mold in the tub (discovered while I was in the shower) to the filthy carpets, falling down ceiling, dust and dirt on the bathroom floor, a clothes rack that was half hanging off the wall. Absolutely disgusting. Do Not Stay Here! We would have left immediately, but we were in Windsor for a medical appointment early the next morning and couldn't chance not finding another room. Horrible experience. Did I mention there was no toilet paper or soap in the bathroom?
