Review 1：Room service was offered but called them in the middle of the night (when you need them the most) and no one picked up. At the reception they sent me to the supermarket. :( Anyway, I feel like a rich complaining about ridiculous luxury missing. Not big deal.

Review 13：Not a "bad" experience, but the control panels of both the air conditioning and the TV did not function. Please note that they were changed immediately when I told the receptionist.

Review 14：The hotel staff smiled (this is extremely important for English people - we feel that they want to help, even if they can't, and - although I have nothing at all to complain of - English people will forgive almost anything if they are welcomed with a smile.

Review 25：Superb location in central Varna, with a small, quiet 24 hour Happy Bar restaurant/bar downstairs. Great for people watching. There's also a 24 hr supermarket next door. Within 5 minutes walk you can be right in the middle of the pedestrian area. Loads of shops/bars/restaurants/banks/cambios etc, and another short walk to the beach. Location is perfect. Friendly and helpful staff, & clean, spacious, comfortable rooms. I've been staying here for eight years now, (not constantly!!). Everything you need & at unbeatable value. IMHO!

Review 27：Very very friendly staff. Gave advice on what are the best areas in Varna. Alot of students who came for few days for exams and have look at universities, stayed at the hotel and did not find any who were disappointed. Also the hotel is close to the uni and 15-20 mins walk to the city centre

Review 34：The hotel is in a great location. Very close to the beach/Central Varna and not so far from the cathedral either, The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant attached to the hotel is also good and is a well known chain in Bulgaria.

Igot a half price special on booking.com for 15 euro a night, doubleroom, couldn't beat that.
