Review 1：It was quite chilly in our room because of the door not closing well. 3 days in a row we couldn't get into the sauna because they pour a lot of disgusting aroma on the stones and almost nobody entered there. At the weekend a lot of families with small children came and the facility became a noisy place with running and shouting guys all around the clock.

Review 2：The location is perfect, the staff is very helpful and attentive, the water is a real miracle.

Review 3：To walk in the Swimmingpool area with the slippers from the hotel is dangerous for life. Its really like you would walk on an ice field. I do not understand that the area is not closed yet

Review 4：Dificult to find your room, to understans what is included in the price of this delux room, to understand where is located the spa. In general i didn use any facility....

Review 5：First of all, on ariving I learnt accidentally that my preliminary payment had been called off (no message had been sent to me). All the questions connected with it I had to solve myself leaving my things unattended in the hall. The administrator did her work formally. Really, I had what to compare with, previously I'd stayed in C-Comfort in Hissarya.It was only the beginning. When I was shown my room, I was astonished at the spots of dirt on the carpet, little space in the room to move about, it was really inconvenient. Besides, when I fell asleep after all disturbance, they woke me up by the loud knock on the door asking if they could put water into the fridge ( in order I bought it). Nothing to say about the outdoor pools, they are rather small for such a big hotel exept the biggest one with freezing cold water. I could hardly live one day there.

Review 7：Everywhere labels what I must pay if I take food from the breakfast, if I smoke in the room, if I brake something in the room. From bulgarians they want a swimmingcap in the pool, from russian tourist - no!

Review 9：The hot tub inside by the olympic pool was lukewarm at best. It was quite a hike from the rooms to the pools & back-2 elevators & walking a lot around the hotel.

Review 10：Excellent room and outdoor pools. Indoor pool was great for swimming laps & the sauna was terrific.Bikes for riding & terrific spa center. The food was fine and I'd certainly stay there again.l

Review 11：The hotel is awesome! We stayed in a deluxe room that had a beautiful view of the mountains and a peek a boo view of the pool. Rooms above the 7th floor would be able to see it better. We used all of the amenities including the ice room, mineral bath, steam room and sauna. So few people to share it with as a perk of deluxe rooms! We also loved having billiards, table tennis and bowling as it was rainy while we were there. We're from the US and it rivals our best. The staff was exceptional!!

Review 12：There are not enough lifts - you must walk several floors down and up to reach the pool and other recreation facilities... The bowling is also located very far... Massage room is also in the other end, not in the recreation part. The whole property is well fenced without other entrances as a prison and if you have a walk around, you cannot access it and must walk looong way to get back. Mattresses in the ordinary part are VERY UN-comfortable!!! The pool is only for sport with corridors, not nice for ordinary swimming. Wearing of swimming hats is VERY annoying obligation... No good marking of the depth - both inside and outside pools, lack of watch, lack of thermometers for the water temperature... The vanes for water procedures and jacuzzi are very small and not deep enough. Etc...

Review 14：The restaurant drags the whole place down. I had to return food as not cooked as required, staff does not listen, you do not get what you have ordered and frankly for the quality of food and service it does not warrant even 1/3rd of what they are asking for it.

Review 17：We stayed here for Valentine's Day in deluxe room. Room was perfect, clean and warm, sleep quality was OK, a pillow was a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast was great with variety of foods.

Review 20：The matraces on my bed were worn out and need replacing. The parking is full. And when the hotel is full, there is no way to get a free hour for a massage. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi are easily full of people. So try odd hours :)

Review 21：The facilities are very good and the hot mineral water is a dream. Especially in the cold months! The outside hot water jacuzzi is working even at night. Do visit!!!

Review 22：- The standart SPA zone is very very small, like for a guest house not for a big hotel with 200+ tourists; - Very small TV - "NEO" brand - The hotel is retro, need modernisation, good for relaxing mainly of old and ailing people and families with children - maybe; - The hotel maid knocked on the room's door, although we put "Do not distrurb" sign; - Boring town; - Old towles with stains! -

Review 38：The spa area is great, the outdoor pools as well. The rooms and the facilities were clean and in good condition. We enjoyed the breakfast.

Review 39：The room needs renovation, especially the bathroom; Noise from other rooms (thin walls); Central heating/cooling system which in our case was heating and it was not possible to use the cooling; A lot of stairs through out the hotel and it's not suitable for stroller;

Review 41：The WiFi is unusable for business use. No VPN can stay up for more than a couple of minutes. It is all right for common browsing, but that is about it.

Review 43：Thieves ! Be very careful when you disclose credit card information to the hotel staff. They charged me 120 EURO extra, which they never returned. Basically you pay 50% more than the quoted prices.

Review 47：This time we booked a room in the deluxe wing. It's bigger and morecomfortable without any doubts, but (sorry for some very private partsof life mentioning) the toilet seat is cracked and it really hurts whenyou get up. Seriously, you may lough now, but you won't lough afterstanding up from the toilet. Sometimes there is a smell of canalisation,but it depends.

Review 48：Ok, I just keep on visiting this place. What can I tell more? Thebreakfast is one of the best I've tried in bulgarian hotels, sothumbs up. The spa is very nice, especially the lower one. Was notdissapointed, even though the relax center sauna got broken. They fixedit very fast (which is opposite to a tile renovation mentioned below).If you bother to look through my reviews, you will find this bloodytiles mentioned not even once. Well, the actually finished them, hooray!It took just a couple of months. Hope in the future the renovation willnot take so much time and will not take place in busy days (actually,the hotel is always quite full).

Review 49：Been there a month ago, they still renovating main pool area, very inconvinient! How long does it take to set up new tiles in like 25 sq m area? More than a month already!
