Review 1：The air in the room was stale and there is a specific smell. We saw a few spider webs in the room. on the other hand the masseur is not constantly available in the hotel.
Review 2：Accessibility is poor (there are no lifts); the only and well maintained spa facility is the pool; the steam and massage rooms should be closed as visible molds have grown on walls and the steam room does not work. The pool's water temperature can be cold for babies and infants; but it can be very refreshing for adult as the normal summer temperature can be above 35 degree Celsius during the day.
Review 3：This hotel is indeed a family hotel where you can have a fantastic time as a family and the staff is really very friendly and family oriented; you are treated as a VIP. Rooms are really spacious and well equipped. Its location is 5-7 minutes walk from the town, gardens and mineral pools. The surrounding is pleasant and welcoming.
