Review 1：The entire experience was bad. This had the feel of a "rent by thehour" sleezebag motel. The staff were horribly rude people thatcould barely speak English. It smelt. There was garbage piled up allover the place, disgusting, with wasps flying everywhere. The priceshould have been $29 not $80, oh yes, the price changed when I arrived,was told the price on this website was wrong, so I had to pay an extra$11. Scammers from another country, bought a motel in Windsor, and it isreally bad, seriously. No office staff. Had to ring a bell and wait forold woman to come from her apartment. Yes, they live there, and it isstill a horrible mess. ..The room was bad. Gross. I expected to findcockroaches every minute. Not recommended !!!

Review 3：There was a very bad oder at the check-in counter, not sure if it was their air contidionner didn't give a very good impression, my sons wanted to leave they didn't even want to go in the room but we were only staying for 1 night.

Review 6：The water wasn't hot, most of the time we could not stay in the bath because the water was too cold. The internet there was awful. The room was non-smoking but the smell of smoke inside the room was very strong.

Review 13：The customer service from the manager was degrading and rude as well as the room being filthy and unsafe. Our deadbolt was broken and door could not be locked. The manager denied this to bookings.com but we opened it twice with him there after he had "locked" it, buy just shaking the handle. There was an unknown substance of bath room wall. When we pointed this out to the manager, his response was "What's the problem? You don't sleep on the wall!" They refused to give us our money so we drove 3 hours home. Stay away from this place!!!!

Review 15：The location was perfect for the event that we were in town for. The staff was friendly, our rooms were cleaned first thing every morning and our request for extra towels was filled right away.

The night person came to see why we did not have any hot water and told us that it would be report to maintenance the next day.
