Review 1：The fact that there were so many children around - we had two very disturbed nights because of a toddler crying. The main entrance/foyer is rather sterile and bare - particularly in winter time. Although the web site advertises 'we speak your language' we only found one receptionist who spoke a little and an assistant in the spa centre who was competent; no other staff had even a smattering.

Review 2：The treatments and spa facilities were generally good - although only one member of staff spoke English so discussion about the treatments was not possible.

Review 3：The food in the restaurant. We ordered rissotto frutti di mare one evening and it was not even close to it. Pasta so so.

Review 4：Clean rooms,location,nice view. We liked the calm place,not so much people in the swimming pool's area.

Review 5：we had explicitly asked for a double bed and got twin beds. the reception helped change to a double room but it was a hassle. the "lifeguard" at the swimming pool unfriendly and unhelpful

Review 9：There was a small step up into the bathroom on which we both stubbed our toes. As usual the hot breakfast was not, however this seems usual in Bulgaria. A request to heat it up in the microwave did the trick. The carpets on the landings should be replaced.

Review 10：A great way to celebrate our 31st Wedding Anniversary. It was a very relaxing one night stay and we took full advantage of the treatments available. We would definitely stay there again.

Review 12：We stayed with 5 months old baby. The location is really great, the hotel is next to the park and at walking distance to the city center. The staff is friendly and helpful and satisfied all our requests regarding the baby accomodation. Nice pool area and Spa.

Review 13：Cleanliness, the spa facilities and staff are outstanding! The physical therapy I did helped me a lot. My husband absolutely loved the relaxation area.Upon leaving the front desk went out of their way to find me a scale - I asked if it was possible to check the weight of my suitcase. We stayed for 5 days and every day our room was taken with better care I have experienced in many hotels around the world. Cannot wait for another vacation there!

Review 14：Some of the restaurant staff were rude and not helpful. Breakfast buffet could have been better stocked, they kept on running out of certain things and were slow to replenish them. Restaurant menu is quite dull with no real Bulgarian cuisine, which is a shame. The items they offer are quite tasteless. They need to have a more traditional menu and stay away from items that sound fancy but are badly executed.

Review 15：Reception staff were nice and they let us check out a couple or hours late without paying extra. The location is nice, in a quiet area, but within walking distance of the town.

Review 18：Bicycles were a bit old and not taken care of, but we did recieve some help to fix them. The spa centre is on the smaller side, it can have more rooms and the rooms were not hot enough... The outside pool was not warm enough. The sauna is warm but definitely not 40 Celcius which is the standard, it was more like 32 C.

Review 19：Tennis court, and pools are clean and in great condition. The breakfast was very good and well cooked. The service is flawless and the coffee was great! The location is amazing right beside the main wall and bicycling was very nice and fun, Hisariya is full of gardens and eco paths. The price for tennis, bicycle were very good. Rooms were modern and clean, balcony was nice and big. Internet was very very fast and good on the second level. Mind youthat the hotel during the week is almost empty so thr internet is expected to be fast.

Review 22：amazing restaurant. fair prices! really nhami food! Rooms were good, with a litlle but confortable terrace. Staff was friendly, specially the guy in reception on arrival, we had to communicate in spanish, as no one was speaking english. not to far from the Banya Mineral water terms (10 min driving by taxi around 6,7 euros)
