Review 1：The hotel is definitely not a five stars one, but it is the best place for a spa vacation in this area. We have a problem with the booking, but the staff was flexible enough and everything was sorted out quickly. The spa facilities are more than enough, all the pools are with mineral water. They offer a wide range of massages. The hotel was clean and cozy, the restaurant was good, the food was delicious. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a free wi-fi on the premises and the connection was satisfying. We got a great time and will definitely become regulars!

We have booked for 7 nights, (all inclusive), but, as soon we have arrived they announced us that we have to leave the hotel next morning for 2 nights and they sent us to another location nearby (Hotel Veronika 3 stars - small room, lousy bathroom, no internet connection). We had to pack and unpack 3 times during the 7 days while moving between hotels. I will never go back to this hotel

Review 11：I had a rusty nail sticking through a large hole in the bath that wasn't fixed till the next day, electrics tripped at night so no air con, lights or sockets till after 10 am next day, extremely dirty rug looked pale beige turns out it should have been a lovely golden sand colour ....... Bird droppings on the net curtains the list goes on, the food was basically the same for breakfast and not a great selection 3 star at most. The staff here speak very very little English. And adult prices start from Ten years old which is ridiculously young.

Review 13：First room was not what I booked. It took more than one hour to settle the issue. "All inclusive" statement can not be applied to the meals. Full board maybe. We had to stay in row in front of the open kitchen for a dish of main course. Salads were usually already prepared and the same every day. I missed the fresh vegetables. No beach bar.

Review 23：The room was really dirty. No flip flops for 5 mins and my feet were filthy. Massive cobwebs behind the curtains. Sliding doors to terrace were dirty and terrace itself was covered in bird poop and dust. The bathroom was missing a toothbrush cup, the toilet roll holder was difficult to reach, the bath/shower was difficult to get into as the loo was in the way. When you sat on the loo you leg was up against the bath. There was no mirror above the vanity unit in the room. The mineral pools looked like they needed cleaning. The gardener mowing next to my head while trying to relax 1st thing in the morning. Very boring as nothing in area and nothing at hotel.

Review 24：The bed was the best I've ever slept in, really big, comfortable, clean sheets and big! The bathroom was very clean. The sofa was comfortable and the furniture was lovely. The grounds were kept nice, although needed a good mow (which happened on my morning rest by the pool!). Reception and seating areas were lovely.

Review 62：I have never stayed in such a terrible hotel before with such terrible service, it was a huge misstake. We paid for two nights, but when we saw the room, we knew we could only stay one night.We have booked 2 separate beds, we recieved 1 master bed and some cheap option of a sleeping sofa .Our bathroom was awful, there was no bathroom curtain or similar and everything get wet. We have booked for 5* hotel ,but we are very desappointed.There was no lifeguard at the pool, disgusting food at the restaurant , the way to the beach -about 10 min walking extremely dirty.

Firstly, I recommend they should hire a cleaning company that would wipe and clean all the windows (in the rooms, on the corridors, at the swimming pool), window frames, handrails etc. Secondly, they should train their cleaning staff! They don’t know how to wipe the floor, clean the toilet and sink; they didn’t put any new cosmetic articles and sometimes they didn’t change all the towels we left on the floor. - No chaise lounge cushions on the beach - If you don’t drink alcohol, there’s not much to drink from the bar….no lemonade, no shakes, no non-alcoholic cocktails - The river or river canal that passes by the hotel is awful! - The wifi signal was sometimes weak or inexistent in the rooms. - Small restaurant

Review 79：We stayed at this small hotel from July 2 to July 9 and we enjoyed it. The hotel is decorated with style and they’ve taken into consideration every little detail. We just looooved every piece of decoration and furniture! Other pluses: - spacious rooms. We stayed in a standard double room with two small children and had plenty of space. - friendly and helpful staff, though not all of them know English! - wonderful SPA with indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, salt room etc. - delicious food. Dear restaurant chef, thank you for all the tasty food! You certainly have style in decorating the table! But your breakfast needs some variation! And regarding the desserts, I’m sure you can do better than that!!! What about some real cakes, pies, tarts, muffins etc. instead of those small cookies? - small but fancy garden, great beach sand - great children's playground and nicely decorated Kids' club. Despite the minuses, we will surely come back.

Review 82：-our room at the 4th floor was slightly smaller than the one on the 5th floor on our previous stay; -there was a small leakage from the toilet and plenty of mold on one of the hallway walls; on the next day a team of workers came and fixed those issues; -the bathtub and its tap are not properly fixed to the walls and they are unstable; because of the lack of a shower curtain, you make a mess in the bathroom on every occasion you use it; -although advertised on booking.com, wi-fi is still unavailable in the rooms and quite poor in the lobby;
