Review 1：A/C was not working and staff were very reluctant to change our room but they finally did. Hotel staff manner is a widespread issue in Bulgaria.

Review 3：Service was very bad like this is a one star hotel, towels very old already gray not white and hard like rug, no tissues, very cheap old matrasses that were changed only after complain, wall paper bubled in many places. In whole rooms required renovation.

Review 11：very low wifi, the indoor pool is very crowded with a lot of kids and the spa is right near to it with no soundproof. Parking is also extra so you have to pay it which is not normal for a 5 stars hotel. in reality the hotel is more 4 stars. Some furniture is old and needs improvement, some rooms smell very bad.

Review 12：very good spa, a little pricey but the quality is high. Big room ( we had a side sea view), comfortable and very clean. Also a big balcony. Be careful to specify to the hotel that you want a front sea view because otherwise they try to give you a side sea view for the same price. The location is very good, in the center of Golden Sands and on the beach. However the facilities on the beach ( sun chairs and umbrellas ) are not included. Very good breakfast.

Review 17：I do not understand how a 5 star hotel be like this. You pay for everything, for parking, for gym, for the beach, even for water your drink for dinner. Actually it ought to be a 3 star hotel. Nothing more.

Review 19：not a five star hotel noisy due to nearby discos same breakfast everyday and not at all five star quality no private beach (15 eur/ day to rent two sunbeds) problems with booking reservation - even if it was explicitly said in the reservation that the payment will be done upon arrival the hotel debited twice my credit card); then they chaced us from day one to pay the entire stay (usually hotel is paid at the end of the stay)

Review 21：The cleanliness. We ask to the reception for sheets changing and after that there was impeccable. Also wifi signal was very poor.

Review 22：The location just near the sea. A beautiful view from the balcony with live music every evening. The food was very good and with a lot of varieties. You can eat dinner for 20 leva(many dishes, very very good, better that you can find on the restaurant in the city for this price). We recommend the fourth floor with sea view. You have free umbrellas to the pool and the pool is on the beach, it is ok.

Review 26：it's unacceptable for such luxury and expensive hotel to not have internet at all in the rooms, despite what is advertised and promised by the staff. Pool umbrellas do not keep a good shade, because the fabric is very thin (cheap) and you could get a sun burn even under the umbrella.
