Review 1：Im not sure what her name was but the lady at the front desk was one of the nicest people I have ever met. You can tell she has been working long hours because of the new year but she never let that effect her attitude. I will definitely be booking with them again.

Review 3：Very spacious room with all necessary amenities. Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to shopping and only $12 cab ride from the casino.

Review 4：The suite we had needed some repairs and updating. There was pealing paint and a leaky faucet in the bathroom and it was drafty in the bedroom. There was a kitchen but no dishes or pots and pans so it wasn't useable.

Review 11：The housekeeping staff was fantastic. The motel has an excellent location and the attached diner has terrific food at reasonable prices. The room itself was spacious and very peaceful. I will certainly visit again!

Review 20：I love the fact I can bring my German Shepherd with me because she is my baby girl and I refuse to kennel her. I also smoke so it's nice to not always have to go outside to do so. The prices are excellent and the service is above par because I always feel like a family member. The rooms are always clean and I also appreciate the free tv and WiFi. I love you guys and hope you stay open forever because I will always be your number one customer and not ever want to stay anywhere else! Thank you for all your hard work and dedication and for being such wonder people!

Review 21：No air conditioning, fridge didn't work, beds and pillows very uncomfortable. Comforter had urine stains on it when we turned it over.

Review 35：Even though there were few guests we were asked to park at rear lot which was icy and very slippery. Unit TV would not get signal. Changed unit. Both units had a burnt out bulb and a table lamp that wouldn't work. We cannabilized to get two bedside lamps.

Review 36：Outside temp was -20. The room was freezing and was told how high their electicity bill was the previous month. The phone did not work and had to be replaced...mould in the bathroom

Review 52：The room was nothing like the photos this site. I realize there may bedifferences but they should be kept to the same standards. The room wasold & dirty. The beds covered with heavy old flower covered bedspread that matched the curtains. The bathroom had mildew, hairs in thetub/shower & cracks. There was a lovely power bar running outfrom the very dated & probably second hand desk which looked veryunsafe for any pets or children who might play near it. The landscapingwas nothing like the lush green & clean photos shown but was brown& sparse despite being August. There were dead rats when the manyferal cats were not about. The promised wifi barely worked (we had totry repeatedly to reconnect) & the beds were horribly uncomfortable.They were rock hard. Avoid at all costs.. Stay somewhere else.

Review 54：We had VERY noisy neighbours who were LOUD and had no control over their children! At 1:00 am they were still running around and screaching! We called the front desk and they did come and tell them to quiet down but it did not work. My husband ended up kicking the adjoining door at 1:30 and they finally got the picture!!!! We have been going to the Ivy Rose for years but will NOT be returning!

Review 56：I found the bed a wee bit hard for my taste, but still had a decent sleep. Also there seemed to be not too many channels available for the T.V.

Review 57：The rooms were very large and clean. Some of the furniture is quite dated, but in good condition. The pool was very good, my granddaughter loved it. Staff was friendly and efficient. The location is very good as well, not too far from restaurants shopping and the like. The price is excellent for what you get.

Review 58：We loved the fact that there was a playground for the children right outside of our room. Also it was quiet which is great when you have 3 children 6 and under.

Review 59：The smoking just outside of rooms, I believe is illegal (a designated area is a need). You have beautiful grounds but they need some upkeep. The small court area near the back door needs dusting, or replacement of artificial trees. Nice area just needs some maintenance. Has lots of potential!!

The pool area was good… were there towels available? and where was the shower to rinse off before swimming? The play ground was nice, old fashioned feel to it, since the equipment you don't see anywhere else.
