Review 1：No complaints. Mother Nature controls the weather so you make the best of it.

Review 2：Location. Facilities were very comfortable & staff very pleasant. Would recommend Golden Line especially for a longer stay & certainly appropriate for a group or family based on the units. Apartment setting !!Although we went late in the season (Oct 9) it was still very enjoyable & we would go back to Bulgaria but pick a different time. Many stores/restaurants were closed or closing. We had dinner at the Admiral & it was very good. Beautiful beach area!

Review 5：Staff was rude. We had a 45 minute long discussion because of a towel that the hotel wanted to charge us due to a mistake from the hotel staff, arging that it was "impossible" that they gave us a wrong towel... All inclusive food and drinks are boring

Review 6：Good location. Big rooms.

Review 7：Was supposed to be all inclusive but on 2 occasions there was no food as we were the only all inclusive guests, no apologies and no discounts offered. There was a bar but when you wanted a drink all the staff made themselves scarce. Meals at the only restaurant open were pretty much the same every day and breakfast was always cold no matter what time you arrived, complaints were made but nothing changed, on the whole not a pleasent experience.

Review 10：Great location in Golden Sands, close to everything and only a short walk to the beach. Comfortable beds with box-spring bases in some apartments. The bottle of Merlot awarded was unexpected and greatly appreciated.

Review 13：We have asked the reception if we could leave at 13.00 instead of 12.00 hour ;although hotel was 2/3 empty being the end of the season they asked for half the room price for the extra hour ; that's a first in Bulgaria where we travel throughout the country since 8 years

Review 14：Apartment quite small with tiny balcony with a/c unit on it. Therefore could not sit on balcony with a/c on due to noise and hot air. The cost of the deal however outweighs all this.

Review 20：The food !!! The food was a big minus for a 4-star hotel . It was the same breakfast, lunch and dinner. With minor modifications. Our expectations were high because in media were many good words about 4 and 5 stars Bulgarian hotels. But for us it was a big disappointment. Neither cleanliness was not good for a 4 stars hotels. The front door was full of cooking oil. A lot of dust in the room. Only the towels were changed daily.

Review 21：What we liked ? The hotel's location , safe parking , an apartment big enough for two adults and a teenager. I found a fully equipped kitchen, electric stove , hood, electric kettle and a large fridge .

Review 25：We already made a holiday at Golden Line in June (8 nights) and rated this hotel as good so we decided to go once again, but it was a BIG mistake. We won't go there anymore! - people from the reception are horrible. e.g. They say the have free parking, but when I arrived the receptionist asked me to park my car at another hotel where I had to pay 10 leva/day, although there were empty parking spots. I said that there are empty spaces, and the receptionist asked my to take a picture at them. I took a picture and she told me I can't park there... this is not a proper behaviour for a 4* hotel receptionist - no free parking in full season - poor WiFi signal - cheap food and drinks at all-inclusive

Review 27：The kitchen is not well equipped. No pots or pan in the kitchen. Other equipment is new, but I am not sure about its quality. Small bad (160 cm). Staff is not helpful. Breakfasts are always the same and juice is made from powder.

Review 31：The stuff was totally unfriendly, the rooms were not clean and they constantly forgot to remove the sand. The food was poor without variety and the restaurant was obviously not properly designed to accommodate so many people. Event we had all-inclusive, the bar near the pool wasn’t included and you were forced to go inside the restaurant properly dressed (shoos, t-shirt, pans). All employees were 18 years old, not speaking English or French or any other language with zero experience in making the guest feeling well ( a smile is not expensive regarding the language).

Review 36：Excellent location. Large pool - good depth for youngsters and separate baby pool and play area. Table tennis and basketball hoop thoughtfully in the shade. Animations team available but low key and doesn't take up the whole pool. Our room was the opposite side to the pool and reasonably quiet. Hotel has all day hot water, bath as well as shower. Good size fridge and freezer compartment.

Review 37：We had a small medical occurance. It was lovely how the whole staff was helping to get the 24h doctor out of bed, but the cost of 300€ for the treatment of a small wound is just a joke.

Review 43：Our room was at -1 and there was an intense smell of food in the room, especially in the evening. We had a room for 3 adults, but the sofa for the 3rd person was very uncomfortable. The food is of bad quality and the beer gave us all very bad stomach aches (I guess it had water in it or something, because you could barely taste any alcohol in it). The internet is not free (only 1 Mb is free then you have to pay if you want more)

Review 48：- staff is not very helpful - they advertise free parking but there are very few spaces and you have little chances to get one in high season, when the hotel is full; the alternative parking is at a nearby hotel and costs 10 lev per day - there were traces from the previous guests in the bathroom when we arrived (late in the afternoon, so plenty of time to clean up the room by then) - they requested our IDs at arrival (which is normal) but refused to return them until we paid for the room; we therefore paid in advance for the entire stay - they advertise that they have fitness/gym but it is a joke (three pieces of equipment which looked old) - the staff is not in control when the hotel is full; thay seem understaffed - no cooking pots in the kitchen, only a few plates, forks and mugs; if you intend to eat in the room or cook something, you should bring everything with you

Review 58：Paying at the pool bar (not included in all inclusive). Specifying room number at the restaurant every time (even for a snack), even if we had the all inclusive bracelet on. Review 59：Little bit of everything (food, playground, animation team). Ice cream and sea food almost every day. Large rooms. Modern furniture and electronics. Kind people.

Review 60：Room very badly cleaned (head of the bed, floors, walls, doors, garbages and refrigerator) and bad smelling of sewer in the bathroom. Had to ask three times them to clean it and to wait the third day to finally have a cleaned room.

Some parts in the bathroom were broken so the material used were fair and the maintenance of the hotel was not good, the sofa bed was too hard and was not possible to sleep there, we had to pay for the safe, the animation was horrible.

Review 63：The apartment was big enough for 4 people and the location was central to the beach and to the nightlife, there was a center for the children.

Review 64：Sofa bed has a hard side, that is pretty unsleepable, a few pots and pans in the unit would help with cooking facilities. Check in and check out were a bit slow with a few issues (room not ready and car blocked by another car) but the staff worked hard to fix the problems. I would love to see more activities with the animation guys a they were really fun.

Review 65：Amazing location, 100m from beach, but away from the noise. Very friendly staff who try very hard to speak English. Loved the entertainment guys. They played great music by the pool and had lots of fun activities, making this trip truely memorable. Music started about 9:30am and finished with karaoke about 10pm. Music didn't bother our children. Pool is amazing, rooms were clean and comfortable and to an excellent standard. Air conditioning was in each room of our two bedroom unit. We had breakfast each morning for about $8 Australian, excellent selection of food for the price, we also got free soft drinks and coffee throughout the day even though we weren't all inclusive. We would happily stay again and our children didn't want to leave

Review 66：I think the staff need to learn a thing or two about service. The service was not good, from the moment upon arrival while checking in up to checking out. Everybody was rude, uncooperative. From hiding parking spaces to denying a change of towels. I don't know if they were understaffed or what, the service was garbage.

Review 68：Kitchen is not equiped, so you need to bring own stoves and other equipment. Air conditioning is right above the bed, so the air strikes you. It is impossible to keep it turned on with young children, so the apartment got very, very hot and uncomfortable. When keeping the window open you could hear party people making noise and waking up the child... Very poor food, repetitive dishes, very fat and oily. Some dishes did not even have an English tag and none of them had description. This means that you often did not know what you ate, being very dangerous for people with food alergies. Wi fi inexistent in the rooms

Review 72：We booked an apartment with two bedrooms, wooden floor, 80 m². When wechecked in we were given a small apartment, under 50 m², with ceramictiles, no wooden floor. Since we have an 11th months baby, the colderceramic tiles was unacceptable. We went back at the reception and weasked what we have booked. First they said there is no possible. Onehour later they said they can give us what we booked but we have to waittwo hours. We went at lunch, and come back at 15:00 o'clock. After20 minutes they gave us the key. We were so glad that we can finallystart our vacation after a very long journey. In the room we had a hugesurprise: there was no cleaning done after previous guest. Other thanthat, it was much bigger and with wooden floor. We went back at thereception, they act very surprised and asked for cleaning. Meanwhile Ihad to put my baby to sleep, so I had to improvise a bed from two chairsin the lobby at the reception. We were told not once, but several timethat if we don't like the room we are free to look for anotherhotel!!! Really, is that possible? At 17:00 o'clock we were alreadyfurious because the cleaning was not done properly and we asked for thecleaning ladies several times. They came but they clean only what wewere saying what to do. We have discovered that in the bathrooms theydidn't do any cleaning, the toilet, everything else was notsterilized as it should be. Again at the reception, very calm they said,we gave you one room and you didn't accept it (!?!?!?), now you haveonly complaints for the last two hours (!?!?!?!?), we also give you theopportunity to look for another hotel (???!!???). We asked: "Isthis your way to punish us because we didn't accept to leave or asmaller room??? Where to go, with a baby, in a fully booked resort,after a long journey and day?!?

Review 73：When you receive the answer "You can change the hotel if youdon't like it" at your request to receive a room like youbooked with 3 month before, there is nothing you can like at this hotel.

Review 74：We had all inclusive, unfortunately. In all drinks, including milk, water was added. There are bugs everywhere and dust. No soap in the rooms and no toilet paper. There is no daily cleaning and linen change and no towels. The woman who brought trays in the dining room had his pants torn between at least 5 feet in places. We have pictures with this.The choice was unfortunate and do not go there. Shame on them!

Review 83：The reception and kitchen staff had a "I don't care" attitude about anything brought to their attention. Room wasn't ready at check-in time, we had to wait almost an hour, no complimentary drinks, just a "we're sorry" apology. Food was boring, repetitive, fat and cheap. No barbecue, no healthy choices...Drinks were the same...powder coffee, powder milk, powder juice, nothing fresh, nothing natural, just artificial and cheap stuff. I understand that "domestic drinks" are the ones from Bulgaria, but there's good Bulgarian wines, natural juices, etc!!! Stop being cheap, otherwise you will lose your clientele.

Review 84：The location is good, the hotel is new and fairly well taken care of. Quiet, great place for relaxation. The pool is nice, but can get really overcrowded. The cleaning ladies were nice and willing to help, even though they're understaffed.

Review 85：Not enough sunbeds around the pool, at 9 o'clock in the morning after breakfast, all the sunbeds are reserved. Restaurant+terrance is too small comparing the large hotel. In dinner / lunch need to stay in line to entrance to restaurant. Also need to stay in line to get the pancakes or desert .

Review 86：It was very pleasant vacation. Hotel is beautiful and placed in quiet street. Beach is about 5 minutes of walking from hotel. Also the central street is about 5 minutes of walking. Furniture in rooms is new . Food is simple but good. Free parking.

Review 87：Although the appliencies were new, not all the traces of the fresh renovation had been efficiently wiped out. The balcony is small. The resort can get quite noisy during the night.

Review 88：We stayed in a newly refurbished studio. The cleanliness standard is pretty decent, quite good with some minor exceptions. The location is good - it's a 5 minutes walk to the beach (the second line of hotels), right in the center of the resort. The TV channels list is impressive.

Review 89：During lunch time they should organize themselves better or maybe they should prolonge the time for lunch (instead of 1 1/2 h maybe they could have 2 1/2 h). People have to wait in line to get in the cafeteria and sometimes wait for aprox. 10 min.

Review 91：I called 4 weeks before my stay to make sure I was on an upper floor andwith double bed. I was on the second floor against the elevator and withtwo single beds. When I asked to leave they said - no problem, we needto room! Who do you need it for, a guest? :D It is ridiculous howunappreciated you are if you are not a Russian tourist. Breakfast lackedoats and proper meat dishes. The boiler was leaking. And all-and-all thetown was too expensive, no tourist and sewer flies everywhere. Bad quality-price factor.

Review 93：WI-FI signal during the day was outrageous, in order to have wi-fi in the room you needed to stay close to the door, otherwise if you moved 2 steps further you lost the signal. Only one TV in the apartment, most of the 4* hotels where I staid we had TV in the bedroom also, so that if if go with a 3rd person you will not bother him/her with watching TV at what hour you please. The pool area looked nice but at 9 o'clock in the morning after breakfast, all the sunbeds were reserved, we were ''forced'' to go at the beach. Food, way...way to modest for a 4* hotel and the restaurant+terrance too small comparing the huge hotel (like the case of sunbeds), we had to fight to get a table, the other clients will steal it under your nose and I was 7 months pregnant, so... no shame. We also had to stay in line to get 2 pancakes and for desert, fruits like nectarines and watermelon, if you will not get it as you walk in the restaurant... then you lost your change. Very disappointed.

Review 94：We staid in a 1 bedroom apartment and the room was great, clean, the furniture was OK, not damaged, no mold in the bathroom. The property was close to the beach and promenade walk. Free parking.

Review 96：Very nice and clean hotel. The hotel actually appeared to be nicer in reality than on the pictures! Clean, modern, nice pool, close to the beach and child friendly. We liked everything about the hotel, but we did not like the holiday resort Golden Sands, it turned out to be a little to "vulgar" for our taste. After a day we had had enough. But that's not the hotels fault:-)

Review 97：Reception staff was useless & did not want to help matter what. They were renovating and were drilling holes from 9AM to 6 PM. Had to ask them twice for a half an hour of silence at noon for the kids to take a nap. After the 30 minutes they continued with the loud construction noise. The food is the same every day.

Review 99：And there was the food, almost nothing healthy , no taste, and the same kind of food ( not literary) during 5 days. Every drink comes out of a machine, no bottles included . It is not a good idea to choose " all inclusive". Better eat out, there are plenty of restaurants and terrace outside the hotel.

Review 101：The studios and apartments look amazing, new furniture, high-quality furnishings. Very spacious as well. The food was average though, some heathy options but we were offered the same courses every day. No grill, deserts were cheap. It has no private beach so no free chairs and umbrellas. The location is good though, a 5 minute walk to the beach. Quiet and extremely clean.

Review 102：The hotel, relatively new, is located 3 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from downtown. There is a shop right near the hotel. The rooms are average size, but sin that space is wasted by congestion furniture. There is a kitchen that cannot be used in the absence of pots. You cannot make even a tea in absence of a tea pot. Cleaning is done daily but superficial, especially in the bathroom where the toilet smells like pee. The all inclusive food is repetitive and worst quality. It goes on the principle of "nothing is lost, everything is transformed". What remains from breakfast there turned into soup at lunch. Leftover dinner meat appears at lunch as vegetable stew with meat. Tomatoes, cucumbers, onion that remain uneaten turns into spoiled sallad with rotten smelling onion and fermentation tomatoes. Drinks from the pool bar seem to be synthetic.

Review 104：The wi-fi signal was very low ! In a hotel with more than 500 rooms they had only 2 irons...one was lost and the other one was broken In 7 days of accommodation the dishes in the sink where not washed (3 glases and 2 mugs) and no detergent to do so

Review 110：It's basically a hotel for families and we were young but that is not really important. Wi-fi does not work in the rooms and it's generally bad...only worked in the reception and at the pool.

Review 111：Everything was great, just great. Very clean, the pool was very big and nice, room also, breakfast superb (and in the 2 days i stayed they changed the menu so that's something you don't see very often, usually you get the same thing over and over again). Also liked the music they played at the pool. Cleaning lady was tremendous, she cleaned everything like i had never seen before. Very close to the centre and 1 minute away from the main street. Really i don't have anything bad to say about this hotel.

Review 112：Some room had shaddow all day long. But it means not that's negative. It depends on the heat or cold wether. The studiorooms had a litte bit small balkong. The kitchen needs some more tings.

Review 113：Happy crew who always did the best for helping us. Wonderful beds. Alle lot of water from the dush. Big cooler with freeze and plenty of places to put the clothes. Very nice taxidriver who belongs the hotel. Clean hotel. Big balkongs for apartments.

Review 114：The food all repeated in our 3 day stay and there was nothing that we were glad to see again the second time.

Only in the main lobby. - I don't recommend the Spa as it is not so clean and the staff, although willing to help, was quite useless to operate the jacuzzi. - The twin beds although there's an option for queen size beds (which isn't actually an option). - Being assigned a first floor room, while I specifically asked not to have a first floor room.

The room was phantastic, the staff was super friendly, already during check in they explained everything we wanted to know for our stay.
