Review 1：Don't expect all staff to speak English. I went to the spa and we couldn't communicate at all so we had to use the International language - body language.

Review 2：It's a 5 star hotel with what it should have including bath robes and slippers. Free coupons to the Casino though I don't know why they would charge to go to the Casino. Nice big room with balcony and ocean view, very comfortable beds.

Review 3：Even so I requested a "Non Smoking" room,once I open the balcony window,facing the Pacific Ocean,Full of cigarettes butts..unreal,and no cool at all...please clean the mess!

Review 9：Staff was not very friendly and unconcerned. Hard to find someone who can speak English. "Do not disturb" sign was ignored twice. Staff at the hotel's restaurants were pretty ignorant. You are required to wear a fee-based swimming cap in the pool. Pool had no water for 2 days.

Review 11：Arrived on a motorcycle and didn't seem to be all that welcome, the pool requires a swimming cap which is fine but you are charged for it. Just in general seemed to be charged for extras all the time.You're a number not a guest.

Review 13：The staff is unethical and is not willing to support/accomodate theguest. They take advantage of foreigners. I had to deal with an issuefor 3 hours (til midnight) a night before I flew out early in themorning. The following day they admitted they were wrong, but onlyagreed to reimburse me half of the money and I had to get Bookinginvolved. I would not recommend this hotel to a professional colleague,personal friend, nor will I be staying in it again in my future travelsto Chile. Extremely bad experience
