In the historic town of Ypres, an 8-minute walk from the Menin Gate, the Market Square and the In Flanders Fields Museum, the Spaces has kitchen facilities, free access to wireless internet and public parking facilities.
The accommodations will provide you with a flat-screen TV, an iPod dock and a sitting area. There is a full kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave. The rooms also have a private bathroom with shower and come with free toiletries and towels.
Guests can prepare meals in the kitchen of the Spaces apartment. You can visit a variety of restaurants, cafes and bars in the immediate vicinity of the accommodations, within easy walking distance.
Ypres Train Station is just over half a mile away. Bellewaerde Amusement Park is 3 miles from the Spaces. The center of Roeselare is a 28-minute drive from the property. It is 14 minutes by car to Poperinge.

Review 1：Cute, comfortable, clean & modern little apartment. Perfect for 3 of us for 2 nights. Nice central location for the town square and local shops. Absolutely no problem parking at all times. And Stefan was very helpful upon arrival. The apartment Had everything we needed including towels, ample storage space and kitchen supplies. Very very pleased with our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book Spaces again!

Review 10：Fabulous apartment. Very clean and comfortable and close to all that we wanted to see. Noise from traffic in the morning but we don't sleep in anyway. Initially felt the cleaning fee was a little expensive but there does require the same amount of linen laundering whether overnight or a few nights so we're happy with this. Would highly recommend. Excellent. Didn't rate breakfast as we did not partake.

Review 14：Great location, lovely well equipped apartment, spotlessly clean. There is free parking right across the road but you do need to display a 3 hourly parking card between 9 and 6 so you'd have to move the car if you wanted a full day out.

Review 19：Road noise at night in particular. Did not get a full nights sleep due to traffic on the cobbled road right in front of the apartment. Thin walls between apartments and could hear the conversations of people in the next door apartment. Steps up to apartment very steep and narrow, particularly difficult carrying luggage. Having to pay extra for "cleaning", this should be included in the price.

Review 21：Good location because only a short walk to centre of Ieper/ Ypres. The owner was helpful when we first arrived and gave us his mobile number and encouraged us to contact him if we had any questions. Very clean with modern fittings and furniture. Comfortable beds.

Review 24：Room rate charges 25 euro separately for cleaning -the confirmation email flagged this specifically, but it's not in the headline price on the webpage - check the small print. We had bikes, but no place to store them at the studio. It was suggested we use the open bike racks by the church opposite overnight.. 'Ypres is not London'.. true enough, but this might put off a few cyclists. Narrow stairs to No 3, best to do them sober!

Review 27：For me Apartment Spaces was a superb choice. The apartment may be on a busy cobbled road and yes it can get noisy with all the vehicles going past but all the roads in Ieper are cobbled so people can't have any complaints about the noise. The location as a car traveller couldn't have been better, it was so easy to find and I didn't use my sat nav. There is free parking directly over the road or just round the side of the church that is directly opposite. Spaces 1 I was surprised didn't cost more, with such a well equipped kitchen and the largest walk in shower that I've seen. The shower has the only thing I would change as I found the shower curtain to be slightly too high as water was always getting onto the bathroom floor. I will return as I want to do more cycling in this area as I didn't stay long.
Review 28：Has to be the cleanest place I have ever stayed in, my friends and I only used this place as a base and somewhere to sleep for a long weekend visit but the great facilities meant there was everything you could need for a longer stay,

The location is perfect to explore Ypres and the broader area including all the important WW1 sites. Being able to walk down every evening to watch the Menin Gate proceedings is very special. Thanks for a wonderful stay and we look forward to visiting again.
Review 33：Slow wifi but free. Cleaning fee steep for an overnight stay which combined with tariff, makes an overnight stay a bit expensive, but for a longer stay, this would balance out.

Review 35：Apartment Spaces was perfect for a short break away. Only a short walk for the very centre of the town where there are plenty of bars and restaurants (all, also excellent!) to chose from. The place was spotless, comfortable, homely. Though we ate out each night, the self-catering facilities in the apartment were excellent - everything you need. Really enjoyed our stay there and would be happy to use again for any future visits.

Review 40：Well I am used to a very quiet street. The apartment is properly sound-isolated, but the street is quite busy and the pavement-type (kinderkopjes) doesn't help. Traffic is very low during the night, so no problem there.

Review 45：This is a great place. Small but excellent use of space. Bed comfortable, very good kitchen, everything was excellent. I read some people complained about the noise from the street but it did not bother me the least. Nothing but a few cars which is perfectly understandable considering the location.

Review 52：Spacious apartment with great amenities, including a TV with lots of channels, and a DVD on the history of the town. Wi-Fi was lightning-fast. Nice location, a few minutes' walk south of the center of town. Breakfast is a good deal, not much extra money for a big amount of food. Breakfast for one was more than enough for two. Price was very reasonable and Stefan, the owner, was very friendly and helpful.

Review 59：We didn't purchase the breakfast box but should have as there are no options for breakfast in cafés in Ypres so we were very hungry. Also you need to reset the free parking every 3 hours so need to consider that in your planning but not a big deal as the apartment is close to everything
