Review 1：WiFi, basic breakfast, thermal water in bathtub wasn't warm

Review 2：Actually everything was perfect except for some small details. Non stop SPA facilities. The staff was nice and have quick response on every request.

Review 3：There was just a bar at first floor near front desk. If there were a nice restaurant in the hotel, we could have lunch and dinner without going out from the hotel.

Review 4：The mineral water pool was great for us to relax in natural warm spring water. We rend bicycles for sightseeing. It is very convenient and enjoy seeing around the town. Staffs are also helpfull. When we emergency needed a doctor in midnight, night front staff called us a doctor for free. Thank you so much for all help and wonderful staying here.

Review 7：Great value for money. The hotel is centrally located, but very quiet and just opposite the park. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and equiped to a high standart. The swimming pool was perfect for us, not too big and not crowded. The buffet breakfast was quite generous and various. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would use it again when I go to Hissar.

Review 9：Hotel staff are not friendly except two people who work at the reception. The massage guy (masseur) is absolutely not friendly and very rude person. More importantly, breakfast quite poor in terms of variety, you don't get even an egg, and you pay for the water in the breakfast, can you imagine that??? You pay a lot of money for B&B and you get terrible breakfast and awful bed.

Review 18：I did not get the room I paid for. Pictures in Booking.com were not the same as the room. When I went down to tell reception that I did not get the suit room I paid for, as it had half the furniture from the pictures, she just shrugged her shoulders. No apology, no explanation, just a well too bad for you! We were going to stay 3 nights, good thing this time I only booked for one night after my previous experience in Sunny Beach. Booking.com is very convenient since it is supposed to show you the room you are paying for as there are different types of rooms, but this is the second time that the room picture does not match. The AC did not work when we got in, they came to fix it and it broke again in the morning. The bed had a bottom sheet that was not big enough to be tucked in, and they give you a twin sheet to cover yourself. C for comfort is right! The breakfast was a sad affair. They will not change your towels for 3 days!

You could even take a bath with mineral water in your own bathroom. Despite the fact that the hotel does not have its own restaurant, there are plenty of restaurants nearby you can choose from. You could also order food to be delivered to the hotel for you from "Chinar" restaurant. We did this and everything was very delicious.

They provided us with an electric kettle so we could make cups of tea in our room. It was a 10 minutes walk from the train station.

Review 63：I didn't enjoy the breakfast, there was no choice. We were given 2 x banitsa on a plate and was told there was tea, coffee, juice & fruit (peaches) on the bar. Not trying to sound whingy, I would have been happy with cereal & toast. Our room was nicely furnished but it lacked a hairdryer! It was the 1st time I had travelled without mine thinking a hotel like this would have one. The toilet roll holder was on the wall opposite the toilet, out of arms reach!

Review 68：-Everywhere noisy disturbing loud annoying music and artificial smell(home perfume) -the staff did not speak any english! Luckily there wassomeone from our group who spoke Bulgarian! -Checking in and out takesminimum 45 minutes! -After spent a lot of money in the hotel (relativelyexpensive massages) and helped them translating into English for about30 min (another guest with complaints) we were charged extra for onebottle of water in the room!! (There was no price communicationbeforehand neither in the room)- absolutely not customer friendly
