Review 1：Breakfast station was VERY small, little selection. Housekeeping did not clean our room - we were out for most of the morning and came back to an uncleaned room. While we were getting ready to go to our event, the manager called asking if housekeeping could come in to clean.

Review 11：Comfortable pillows and bed. Great service. Only one gentleman handling front desk and breakfast, still tried to make sure everything in breakfast buffet was always available. No problem checking in or out, only there one night but will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

Review 13：Because they are privately owned they can splurge a little on thinks like good t.p in the bathrooms (it's the little things) and real creamer for your coffee in the room. They did a very nice job in remodeling the rooms and the bathroom shower is very nice.

Review 15：We like where it is located, it is further from the college our daughter is at, but when we go shopping, we are still in the area of the motel. It is also easy to get off and on to the 401 when coming & going. The price is right for a one night stay.

Review 36：This was our 2nd stay. Once again the property was extremely clean and attractive. Beautiful bathroom and comfortable bed. My only comment might be that the room was a bit congested. But that was just a bit and certainly won't prevent us from staying on a future visit. We even tried the new Southside restaurant and it was great!

Review 39：Lovely, clean, renovated hotel near shopping and restaurants. Water pressure is awesome. This is our go to place when we visit family in Windsor (at least twice a year). We've traveled extensively around the world and this is still one of our favorite places to stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff, room was modern, spotless and had a great nights sleep. The added resturant/bar was also a great place to eat with very helpful and friendly staff. Review 41：I stayed for 3 nights and I didn't like the fact that they didn't change the bed sheet. They use to use the same one everyday while on the 2nd day the bed sheet got a bit dirty.

Review 59：Stonecroft unfortunately didn't install an elevator in their renovations, and didn't mention that on their website, which was an issue for me, travelling with my mother who has pins in her hip. Their breakfast is functional, but so terrible that we drove to Tim's the second day to grab coffee and come back to the hotel.

For the price you pay for this hotel the breakfast fits, however it would've been nice to have muffins or some kind of pastries. Only suggestions I loved this hotel.

Review 105：I was upgraded to a semi-suite which had a small kitchenette. The room and I am supposing all the hotel rooms had been remodeled and were in a nice combo of greys, black and taupe. Room was large with a very comfortable king bed, desk/chair, dresser, large TV and chair/ottoman. The bathroom had a big walk in glass enclosed shower and there was an iron and ironing board. There was a continental breakfast and free WiFi included.

Review 123：Place is clean staff pleasant and helpful. There are 2 stories with no elevator or porters. We are elderly. They gave us a 1st level after asking which we appreciated.

Review 124：Second floor hallway carpet not replaced and our room entrance door area carpet was puffed up: breakfast area very small. East side parking lot area should be surfaced and adding fast going arborvitae trees along south side lot would hide the bad building sight next door.

Review 126：stayed in rm 303.. king suite with spa tub...this room was in the smaller building nestled behind the original. ..so it made for a very quiet stay. The room was well appointed and bed was super comfy. Missed breakfast, slept right through it! Higher priced then most, but enjoyable none the less.
