Review 1：This year we missed the entertainment shows we were used to in the years before - but this time we stayed only a few days, so maybe it just happened to be in gap of entertainment :)).

Review 2：The location on the beach, the nice staff, good food, clean and cozy rooms, and the reasonable prices in early season make this hotel our first choice in Golden Sands.

Review 6：The hotel is in excellent location, close to the beach. Food was excellent with lot of options. Staff are very friendly and helpful. To summorise you are getting more than for the money you are spending. Will recommend highly.....

Review 7：The diversity of food was very limited as was the quality of it as well. As far as the drinks go they were very cheap in taste and limited to a few choices.

Review 8：The facility and location was perfect for the price, right on the beach. The atmosphere was relaxing and peaceful. It was a good 20 minute walk from the downtown restaurants and bars but if your young the price compensates for the distance.

Review 10：There are just a few parking places(6 leva per night) If the hotel is full there could be a problem in find a free table in the restaurant and on the terace The lobby bar si for pay only and not for all inclusive.

Review 11：Situated in the first line of hotels,beautifull view from the room,the hotel has is own beach right in front of the hotel,u just pass the street and u are there,also free loungers and umbrella on beach. The distance from the pool bar to the sea is about 70-100 meters. I saw that from 2014 they can receive the payments thru visa and master card at reception. Food was ok nothing fancy but absolutely fresh and tastes ok. Beverages are basic and local for all inclusive as in the rest of hotels from bulgaria. Its a good choice if u pay for a budget hotel. Apartament is big enough to acomodate 4 adults,has 2 bathrooms,one big with bath tub,toilet and lavoir,and one small with just a toilet and a lavoir. Staff was very helpfull and friendly.

Review 12：bar closed at 10pm, beer from the free bar is not good, the other paying bars are better, can not get any food only at set times also coffee and ice cream only between 3 and 5 pm, not really all inclusive

Review 16：this is supposed to be a 4star hotel but more like a 2+. No seats in restaurant at meal times. very little seating in the outside area and some staff unpleasant.After breakfast no coffee until 2pm for all inc guests so not very happy with stay at this hostel and wont stay again

Review 18：You could only get a coffee at certain times of the day and there were no water fountains available all day. The restaurant was very small for the amount of people staying at the hotel and there was never enough seating, plates, cups or cuttlery.You spent ages waiting for a clean plate to then have to wait for a clean knife and then you would need to wait for a clean cup for the coffee machine. The choice of food was very limited. The outside area for seating at meals was very small and not very comfortable. We had a party of 5 so we put 2 tables together to all sit together. The restaurant manager came and asked us to move tables as we were wasting seating spaces, although there were many tables with only 2 people on. The staff then put a reserved card on 2 other tables when we did not move, and when an elderly couple sat down to eat they were made very uncomfortable when the restaurant manager gave preferential treatment to a group who then came to sit at that table and forced the elderly couple to leave. The restaurant manager had put table cloths on the table and made a real fuss of this group of people. It was very wrong and I am very glad we had not moved tables or we would have been the ones shoved out to make way for the "special" group. I was very disappointed in the restaurant managers actions. All the staff were miserable and really not very helpful throughout the hotel. There was no entertainment at the hotel and very little atmosphere. The whole place gave the impression of providing you with the absolute minimum of service and standards so you spent your time away from the hotel and didn't eat or drink too much of thier profits. There were signs everywhere telling you what to do and what to not do - it was like being a child at school again. Apart from during meal times (12-2 and 18.00-20.00) the only all inclusive bar was the pool bar. They provided everything in plastic cups even if you were not sitting around the pool area.

Review 30：The food wasn't good. meaning it was always fresh, but there wasn;t anything to choose from. We had all inclusive, but there was only one type of coocked chicken. If you didn't like it that way, tough! the same with other meals.. we had some variaty with sweets (2 kinds, but couldn;t eat either) and fruits (two kinds, but not always fresh). and for an all inclusive, you had to ask for aglass of water/juice/beer from the bar.. it wasn't available to take it ypurself, wich was a little annoying. plus the drinks were awful! had no taste at all!
