Review 1：Showers not very handy as you can't regulate the flow not the temperature.

Review 2：Nicely located, in the very heart of Bouillon, by the river. We had a bedroom with shared bathroom, perfect for one night stay when hiking in the region. Newly renovated room. Very calm and peaceful (room on the back of the building, so no view, but nicely silent in night. This is by no means a luxury hotel, but good ratio quality/price, and what's more family atmosphere and quite cosy - we do recommend.

Review 3：We were disappointed to find the place locked and deserted when we arrived, despite having emailed our arrival time. There was a notice (in French only) on the door, instructing guests to phone a mobile number to summon the proprietor. We managed to get in by following two men who knew the access code, and one of them got the proprietor for us. Later, as we were ferrying our bags from the car, we met a French couple on the street outside, who could not get a response from the proprietor's phone. We let them into the reception area, but it was an hour before they got a response and were able to check in properly. This is not good enough, and would deter us from using this hotel again.

Review 4：This hotel was comfortable enough and makes a good base for exploring the Belgian Ardennes. It is right beside the river Sémur, and it is possible to park in the road outside free of charge.

Review 17：The room had not a lot of light coming in from the window. There was no central lightning in the room, so we always (... always for that day...) had to go through the room to switch on the lights beside the bed. The bathroom had a strange ventilation system that let us hear conversations who knows coming from where...

Review 18：The price is a "plus". We could not find anything free and then there was the Relais, with super affordable double room. The staff is nice and the people at the check in/out gave me plenty of information.

Review 19：We had a problem with a diesel generator in the neighborhood, that made a lot of stinky dust during the night. The hotel manager was shocked to hear that and invited us for breakfast. That was a satisfying reaction and we hope they solved that issue.

We could also take a drink later in the evening on our own as any problems and the kids could wave to us through the bedroom window which we could see from the terrace. The staff work really hard and are so accommodating.

Review 30：we were provided the room with less sun light. Internet connection was poor or not at all in the room. TV was really small and remote console was broken. Although staff was kind and friendly, they did not understand any other language than French. We used common shower room but there is no shower head but water is directly splushing like the one of swimming pool. You can not controle the pressure or temprature of the water.

Review 59：Our room was exposed to the sun which made it very hot for sleeping (sunsets after 10 pm in the summer). Plus can be a little noisy as the outside patio was just out our window. I'd recommend they consider air conditioning for the rooms that are affected by the direct sunlight.

Review 65：It is a budget hotel and i guess you get what you pay for: The noise insulation between the rooms was really not sufficient: I could understand the tv in the room next door and even hear someone snoring in the room down the hall. The pillows were uncomfortable. The curtains do not block any light. And the (communal) showers are made in such a way that is virtually impossible to keep the bathroom dry.

Review 67：It is not 3 stars for the hotel. It is more like a Pension (or high-end hostel). Wifi does not really work outside of the Restaurant area. Rooms are very very basic. Halls echo like mad. Showers are push-button on/off for 30 seconds
