Review 1：The staff was rude and the rooms looked nothing like the pictures. It was dirty and ghetto and there was no free wifi. They also had fees that were not underlined in the original bookings.

Review 3：The place had staines on the wall, stains on the box spring and stains in the bathtub. I would never cook anything in that kitchen. I asked the staff for a receipt and they looked at me like I had 2 heads, and then said we don't give receipts. Even the other guests were scary, my husband slept with a baseball bat beside us. We needed 2 nights, but checked out and found a nicer place.
Review 4：The rooms are on untidy full of garbage, smell cigarette, no room attendance, the man in the office personally confirmed that he has not clean or sweep the rooms for the past months. Bedsheets smell bad with stain. We stay there for one night, only sitting down waiting for the next day to come so that we can get out of the smelling and sticking place. We stay there because our flight arrived late therefore no place to go that night. Definitely, Toobal Motel should not associated with booking.com or you people will loose your credibility. If you need an assistant in qualifying these Motels in Windsor Ontario Canada, before you put them in your website for customers to book, I can represent you to qualify then, but definitely, Tooba Motel is a no no show.

Review 7：The place looked so different on the website but it looks nothing like it at all it reminded me of a crack house also was told by staff they needed to charge me 25$ for everyday i didn't stay also when i checked out on thursday they charged me a extra day i paid 214$ for the check in on wednesday stayed one night checked out before 10 am like it said and room had no phone leaking bathroom totally not worth promoting this place when i asked for a refund cause i only stayed one day the guy at the front desk only gave me back $92 then i got a call saying from bookings.com they told him that they gave me back 140 which was not true at all this place is a scam and no one should ever book here due to unprofessional and lies they give .it was also in the back of a small building not a safe area and also beside a huge warehouse felt unsafe.
