Review 1：No Hot water ! Only limited in the morning. Cold room during the stay. Bug's hive in the bathroom. Air conditioning is not adequate to the room . Restaurant is highly overpriced, size of the food for this price is ridiculous. One of the tasteless food I ever get.

Review 3：appreciating the tolerance to pets, but even all efforts from the cleaning lady the room had an odor of house pets; the booking was for 2+1 but we have received 1+1, not convenient for parents with small child

Review 5：Staff was not polite. Meals in the restaurant are overpriced. The breakfast was not good. Coffee wasn't good at all, and when I asked for a normal coffee, they wanted me to pay for it, which is in principle absolutely unacceptable for clients of the hotel.

Сервитьорът също беше нелюбезен и незаинтересован .Цените в ресторанта не отговарят нито на качество на продуктите нито на обслужването. Препоръчвам сериозно обновяване на персонала .

Review 9：how the hotel location is marked up. Transfer to the city center is poor, instead driving your own car. The breakfast is poor.

Review 12：We wanted that after the days spent on the beach to stay a few days in the mountains. Hotel Edia, Sandanski choice was a good decision. Clean rooms, good beds, tv, ac, fridge. Adequate swimming pool (water, size/length, deep). At the restaurant, a la carte food was good.

Review 23：We only had a short stay but the hotel had plenty of space and the location was very nice in the forest and out of the city centre.

Review 24：The vapor bath, fitness and internal swimming pool are connected and the vapor fills all the rooms, no dressing room.

Review 26：The prices in the restaurant are little bit higher. The steam bath didn't work properly and the sauna didn't work at all. The water in the internal pool was cold.

Review 27：Very calm place, clean, with nice rooms. Close to the city center but located within threes and green enviroment - at the end of the city park. The staff was helpful and polite.

Review 29：We had the apartment with 2 bedrooms and it was well furnished with good beds. Every sleeping room and the living room had a TV. Everything was in good condition and clean. The food is good and the size of the meals is big. The pool was fine, too. So we had a perfect stay on our trip and we can recommend the hotel to stay for a night on a longer trip as we did.
