Review 1：The all inclusive system worked very well, there were plenty types of food to chose from. On the other hand the animators held various programmes, including a enjoyable mini-disco for children. Maybe the aliment's quality (not the taste, but the raw material) wasn't always the greatest, but you had enough diversity to compose a decent meal. During the meals the bar in the restaurant was open. The bar in the lobby of the hotel was open all day, between 11 am - 11 pm. At both bars you could order almost everything you wanted.

Review 2：They do not respect their check in scheduel, this being motivated by lack of free rooms. Early check in was required by the moment the reservation was made.

Review 3：Hotel full of young students, very noisy and busy, didn't get to have drinks at the bar as they were all over the hotel. Not recommended for families/couples, just if you are very young (they deal with work and travel programs for students).

Review 11：The bed was two single connected beds together with two single separate mattress that it wasn't comfortable at all because all the time one of the mattress was moving to other side. It got Brocken after two days ! It wasn't 4-star hotel and it was completely wrong advertisement on the website about this hotel . It is better to call this hotel a student hotel apartment ! Too many teenage students in this place ! Greasy food and cheap stuff , every day same breakfast and old fruits, it wasn't worth for that price at all ! No recommend it because there are better hotels than this one with same price! But too late for us !

Review 17：The staff is very unfriendly (especially at the reception and open bars), you have to wait tons of minutes for the elevator, the food is not qualitative at all, neither that many options, the pool is pretty small and the alcohol.. is extremely poor and horrible. In one night, me and my friend we were after 11 PM at the pool, drinking a beer, without any kind of noise and some guardian came up with a flashlight and told us to go into lobby, our rooms or another place. Another night, when we came up from a restaurant in town, a guy from reception put all of us to show him our hotel bracelets.. this is embarrassing, you can simply look by yourself, not verifying all people by asking them.

We couldn't sleep at night because of the young ones from the hotel, there are two elevators for so many people. Not all the persons from the staff were ok. But for those money you cannot expect more.

Review 27：There is nothing to like at this hotel. Receptionists are so rude and they did not give my passport untill i made my payment. Its funny because booking already has our credit card details. And then they said they keep it only for the safety. So does that mean rooms are not safe? There are hundreds of children and underaged people running 24 hrs of the day. They do not know how to behave as they look like its the first ever hotel they are staying in. Children everywhere! Also booking.com has the wrong number of the hotel, it takes some time to find the hotels number if you want to reach them. There are so much noise coming in the rooms 24 hrs from other hotels and bars although i stayed in 9th floor. Sea view rooms are big but are not very cosy as it seems on the photos... there are no lcd tv.

Review 29：The rooms are looking more like a 2* and a half, not like one of 4*. The common spaces were quite dirty. At the pool side there are 15 sunbeds for the hole hotel and after 11 am there is no more sun for the entire day. We took the all inclusive formula and despite the choice we had to eat ourside the hotel because the food was so bad, the choice so little and above all the bad'est quality that money can buy. The parking space is a major problem because in front or nearby there are 20 parking space and everywhere else no parking zone you need to park the car minimum 700 m away from the hotel. We had included in the price free wifi in the common areas. The wifi dosen't work always and it is just un the lobby, not in all the common areas. Neigher at the pool or in the restaurant doesn't work. If you have the bad luck to have your room at an upper floor, you are going to wait for it a very long time and there are just 2 extra small elevators, they can fit 3 persons each, max 4, but they have to be very thin. Our conclusion this is not a 4* hotel at all and the value of the money it is extremly high. We feel stolen with these prices and the the services. The worst food ever! we will never recomend this hotel and we will never come to Royal Hotel.

Review 39：Had to wait 2 hours to check in as the hotel manager was not aware ofthe booking which meant we had to change clothes in the lobby toiletsand could not shower. The hotel was quite noisy at night, the hotelswifi is only available for free in the lobby area in which upto 50people are sitting connected making the connection very slow andunusable at times. After complaining about the wifi I was provided thepassword to Royal_Local. The Hotel lifts are tiny. The shower holder inthe room did not work meaning every-time you put the shower head in itfell on to the tiled floor. The lobby bar was closed on time for stockchecking during peak time which was disapointing and meant that we couldonly get water or walk our to the outside bar for drinks which meant wewould get soaking wet as the weather was bad. I felt this should havebeen done when the Lobby bar was closed after 2am. The pathway to catchthe bus is basically a mud track which was unusable during our stay dueto adverse weather conditions. Also the steps leading down to the mainstrip I felt could have been cleaned as there was often mud there whichwas hazardous. The free hotel cock-tails are not a good taste either.

Review 40：The Cleaners work so hard to keep the hotel absolutley clean. Evenduring the terrible weather we had this did not stop them fromexhausting their bodies day after day. We left money and valuables inour room probably more than one months salary for the cleaners ( 250gbp) and none of this was touched, we came back to a lovely clean andfresh room. The room we had was 219 located on the second floor it was agood size. The bed and mattress was very comfortable and I had a greatsleep. The location of the hotel is actually very good. Just a 5 minutewalk up a steady hill from the beach ( even quicker if you can find theshort-cuts) The restaurant staff in the hotel were amazing, veryfriendly, hard-working and polite.The food was brilliant too, everythingwas cooked perfectly and layed out nicely. The beer in the lobby bar isone of the nicest I've tasted, I'm guesing because it's sofresh. The swimming pool gardens and rest of the hotel was maintainedvery well. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially the Bellboy. He was very helpful. I would stay here again due to the bigdiscount we got but at full asking price I would refuse. We paid 88 levs( £40 per night) for two people in second week of June.

Review 43：The hotel has only approx. 10 parking places but the parking is permanently full so do not hope you will ever find a free place. There is a paid parking available in the nearby (at the Aquapolis water centre) and costs 5eur/day but you have to walk through the wood in the back of the hotel on a not paved alley (very hard to access when it is raining). Be carefull - if you leave the car on the street it will be lifted up immediatelly by the authorities (taking back the car will cost you arround 50 euros) The hotel has only 2 elevators, max 5 people each one. If you get a room at the upper levels you will have to wait a lot to catch the elevator. The room had a bad smell (mold smell). The air conditioning system was very noisy (impossible to sleep when was in use). The hotel is far far far!!!! from the sea therefore walking to the beach will take you some time. The receptionists speak very poor English.

Review 44：Nice, clean hotel. The rooms were cleaned every day, towels were changed on a daily basis. Good and diversed food in the restaurant. Good bulgarian beers. The other drinks at the bar were ok. Nice entertainment team.

Review 49：The elevators were insufficient for the number of guests. One of th elevators was unfunctional for more than 1 day and we had to stay in cues. There was a lot of noise from the hotels arround. The toilet top was broken, the sheets were not impecabily clean.

Review 53：The hotel was very clean, comfortable and pleasent to stay in. The food was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We really liked Tedi and Zahari who smiled all the time. There were a lot of young guests in the hotel, they were also nice. We really enjoyed our holiday here. The beach is fantastic in Golden Sands, everybody should go and see it.

Review 54：The parking place Is only for a cauple of cars! Not enough place even if you want to pay. The hotel staf don't give you eny help. Very unpleasant !!!! I had to lok for parking place by my one!! The hotel is full av noisy teenagers.

There are only two but relatively fastelevators. The foos was good, not awsome.there are only 10 parkigspaces. The personell is ok. It is worth it.

Not double bed two separate singles - they don't make the bed you have to make your own. Very poor security with regard to room keys and safe deposit boxes. Rude unhelpful front desk staff.

For a country like Bulgaria where car theft is common, I expect a proper parking for a 4 star hotel!- staff does not speak English. They speak a bit German, but they are uncooperative and seems like they don't care about their guests (bonus: they have no idea what a shower gel is, nor do they provide it in the rooms) - food in the restaurant was awful, but plenty (even the most basic dishes were failed). The drinking water from the water fountain was not cold and had the worst taste of water (seweage water may be worse though), the drinks at the bar were messed up - elevators were slow, small and always full

We had a seaview room but from the 5th floor we could almost see the sea because of the buildings in front of the hotel.
