Review 1：Staff did not speak english and has been surprised about the Reservation. rooms are not clean, carpets obviously not hoovered, bathroom and shower are not clean at all. poor breakfast with dirty glasses.

Review 2：Wrongly marked in booking.com, hotel is not there were it show in the map, but other side of the river at N42° 42.705' E18° 21.158'

Review 5：We loved very helpful receptionists! Nothing was too much for them, friendly and polite! Do not miss to visit Crkvina Hill (with a church, restaurant, a beautiful garden and a breathtaking view!).

Review 6：The map showing the hotel on booking.com is incorrect, and google maps cannot find Popi street. I went to where the map on the website said to go, and luckily a man working in a cafe in that area knew where the hotel was (on the other side of the city). The receptionist told me they usually email accurate instructions to guests before their arrival, but somehow they missed me.

Review 7：The staff was very friendly toward me and even helped me arrange a ride to the Monastery in the city and the bus station.

Review 9：We liked this Motel San because the room was essential but nice, the location was perfect and the staff was very very helpful! They supported us in everything we asked, they gave us useful information, helped us in renting a car and suggested us the best way to reach what we wanted to visit.

Review 10：I had booked the Motel San, because on googles maps it´s marked in the southern proximity of the oldtown of Trebinje. But it lies far from the oldtown on the opposite riverside. Also I received not the booked room with balcony, therefor I get dark room with 'prospect' into a light chat. I received one day befor my arrival the message that the motel is not located at the marked area at google maps. So could not cancel my booking without the paymend for a full overnight stay. With my arrival I experienced that me intentionally so late the correct location, becacause there were always cancellations, if they communicated the customer the correct location of the motel.
