Review 1：No staff - I mean absolutely nobody - i didn't see a single member of staff the whole time i was there and had to leave without paying as there was no-one to pay! The restaurant was closed - no food. The rooms feel like converted offices, It was cold and uninviting.

Review 4：We've been in this hotel in 2011 and came back again. We wasn't disappointed at all and still love this hotel. Huge air-conditioned comfort room, very pleasant staff. Good restaurant. Quiet place on river-side, nice to walk around. We enjoyed our stay there.

Review 5：It was very difficult to find staff The staff on duty I happened to met did not speak English, Dutch or German! French only! Wifi was instable, very slow and broke down all the time. It was not possible to work. No one told me in advance that the restaurant was closed on Mondays. The heating was shut down during the night. Not a smart thing to do in March when nights get freezing.

Review 8：Location is great (hard to find the correct road to get there but it's part of the journey), nice view on the river, quiet. Staff is friendly and available to help, food is good, lots of outdoor activities to do in the neighborhood. Hoping to go back in a near future.

Review 10：Spotlessly clean. Generous extrabed. Air con. And don´t we just love it when the password to the wifi is posted in the room? Restaurant was lovely situated next to the river. Food was really good, we had grilled entrecote which was perfectly cooked to our liking. Good beer selection. Yummy omelette for breakfast in a relaxing and serene environment. We left the hotel super happy. Would definitely return.

Review 20：Having read in some reviews about the difficulties with finding the hotel, we transformed its address into the geographical coordinates for the GPS. We arrived in the middle of nowhere as the "final destination". Not a single direction anywhere. Some locals showed us the way. We cared to arrive between 10:00 and 13:00 for the check-in as specified in the booking information. However, there was not a single person in the hotel. Nor was there any phone number to dial or any other information. It took some time for the person in charge to arrive. Also, the bathroom is quite basic.
