Review 1：Faltou aquecimento. Estavamos com uma bebe e nao houve aquecimento durante a noite mesmo a temperatura abaixo de 15 graus. Passamos frio. Uma ecomonia desnecessaria e que causou muito desgosto durante a noite.

Review 4：The hotel isn't new... but very good. the breakfast was very good. The bedroom is big and clean. I'd enjoyed to stay at the hotel and I recomend and If I'll be back to Bento Gonçalves certanly I'll get the same hotel.

The breakfast was really good and offered a great variety of food and drinks. The restaurant in the basement was a great surprise for the end of the day. Really good food, great service and a pleasant atmosphere. Would stay there again.
