Review 1：There was confusion when we checked in - didn't have the reservation. One of the rooms hadn't been cleaned, so they moved us the another room.

Review 3：Wifi slow, interrupted. Industrial neon lighting creates poor atmosphere in room. No microwave in spite of request at time of booking, though owner offered to zap food in his microwave if we wanted. Presence of spare rolling luggage carriers in room reinforced the "storage room" ambiance. "Pleasant" is not my word, it's the booking agency's word.

Review 5：The walls are THIN between rooms, so the family me next to me was superrrrr loud. I would just ask next time (if hotel is not full) to try to be placed not beside anyone

Review 7：The Cadillac motel is our usual destination for me and my friends. The location is perfect, the rooms are clean and the staff is always pleasant. I will definitely be back.
Review 8：Our first impression was the Customs/border patrol women telling us the location was a pay by the hour place. When mentioning this to the woman behind the desk she was rude and said, "well, it's too late you have to pay". When we walked into the room we could tell it has been cleaned, but there were crumbs and hair sick to the bathroom floor, walls, in the whirlpool tub. There were stains on a towel and the linens. We were looking forward to the whirlpool tub but decided against using it because of the filth. Overall very dissatisfied with what was supposed to be a relaxing weekend.

Review 10：The staff were very nice. The room was very clean a little dated and some small holes in the carpet but overall the room was very clean. The area was quiet and peaceful. We had a great night and would definitely be returning.
Review 11：I have a handicap and the room on the main floor are several steps up.There was a 'ramp' but it was 5 times as far a walk to avoid the2 steps, which were easy with the handrail and my cane.
Review 12：Room was over sized in this price range. I could see actually havingpeople for a gathering if I wanted. Parking was right outside my doorand while several other hotels in this range and higher were sold outthe nights I stayed, they weren't busy and it was very quiet.
Review 13：Right from the time I contacted hotel to ask questions; check-in to check-out and in between... the female proprietor was very pleasant and genuine. This helped contribute to the pleasant stay at the Cadillac Inn. I will surely stay there again and hope that she will be there. Sorry I did not get her name.
Review 14：Location. Came in tired after a long tiring drive and the check-in took a long time. Needed checkout 2 hours later and they charged 50$ CAD!!

Review 17：The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The water for showering was plentiful and hot. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The motel was easy to find and located close to an Asian and a Canadian grocery store and a dollar store.

Review 21：Pre-arranged oxygen drop off at this motel with approval. Then was charged extra per night for my own oxygen. Also it was dropped off a day early and was charged for the oxygen was delivered. I was told it was no problem to have and bring oxygen and drop off. It was free. Then was charged an extavagent amount. As I prepaid two days. I got out asap.

Review 25：- toilet kept running, had to manually stop it - garbage found in entertainment center drawer from previous guest - spider in shower, by the door, ant was crawling on me in bed, got bit by mosquito in the room, mosquito in bathroom - no information given about where ice machine is located - fireplace gave off heat/lit, couldnt turn it off, went to front desk she wasnt going to do anything but then called mainteance guy - no sign or information telling us not to use buttons on a/c unit to control it, went out and came back it was off, maintenace guy came again told us to use thermostat on wall. - shower curtains soaked through before even getting into the shower - jacuzzi tub plug broken

Review 31：It was advertised as Wifi in all areas of the location. In room 130 there was no wifi. It was suggested that I stand outside by the door to see if it worked there. They said a IT guy was going to look into it. He must have got lost as I didn't see him the 2 days I was there. There was Wifi near the pool however it rained the second day. There was no coffee machine in the room. The ad didn't say there was but I can't remember the last time I stayed in a room that didn't. Sort of a given, I thought. The small bar fridge was on the floor. Very noisy a/c. There was nothing around the area as in restaurants or bars.

Review 66：The toilet broke during our stay. You could not flush unless you removed the lid to the tank & flush manually. A piece of the shower head was broken. Suggest that they provide plastic outdoor chairs for each room for the summer months. Suggest coffee makers for each room.
