Which it was so wrong choice as a hotel. 1St they dontdifferentiate or even give some importance to some customers.SO Misershotel and people . 1st our stay was for 10 days and we payed 1100 eurosso water only 1st day 2 mall bottles . And nothing else . If u wanttowels tp use in the sea u have to buy from outside . little sewerssmell inside the bathroom.POOR HOSPITALITY but in our country jordan they put roses give you fruit dish and water each day. TRANSPORTATION No metros or subways so if u want to take a but to go to varna cause this is golden sands area which is little far from varna either a taxi takes 15 euros as a deal or 9 euros as meter but the hotel taxi takes the double but if u got train to go upside 2 euros per adult then a bus takes 1.5 euros .any taxi in varna minimum 10 euros which was hell of experience. But as for sofia i only pay 0.5 euro for metro and take big tour as much as i need In supermarkets u have yo pay .18 euro fpr the plastic bag people really poor and misersssss The VERY BAD THING happened in reception when we wanted to leave girl called figyan made us pay for tea and coffe around 13 euros which supposed to be as part of hospitality not to treat who payed 1100 euros like this . In any country i visited never payed for tea bags inside the room

Review 8：I did not like the staff at the reception at the front desk girl Eva was not hospitable man said nothing related to parking, breakfast and other things that are required for someone to say to people when entering the hotel.She was uninterested!

Review 9：Rooms are not perfectly insulated, so if you have a room with sea view, the noise of the pubs on the beach can be annoying.

Review 11：The water in the outdoor pool was ice cold, I couldn't bath in it at all. The staff from the pool were completely unfriendly. We had the i-club package so we were served breakfast in the restaurant, however the staff there went from very polite and friendly the first day to completely ignorant of our presence in the following days (we were probably supposed to tip them - for a free service) doing their best to avoid us.

Review 14：Right in the heart of Golden Sands,we had 2 -days holiday in June.It was may first time'in this hotel but certainly not the last.I had a club room in the new part,at the Towers,at the 16th floor,the bed was the one of the most comfortable I ever slept in a hotel,very clean,also we had the night service.The staff wsa always smiling and willing to help,from the porter who took my car and parked in the underground parking to the chambermaids .In one word :awsome!!!

Review 15：Had a little encounter at the pool, with the booking of the big sun bed - the staff was not able to keep it from the other guests, even though was specifically asked to do so. Breakfast was a little bit short on meats, especially bacon. The mini bar has a transparent door and had light all night, needed some time to adjust to it.

Review 23：One of days we went to the pool and asked a blue cocktail and got a different kind of cocktail (like color was dark purple ) . The next day ( 30 June 2015 ) we went to the pool at 8.10 in the morning when the staff gave us the go of entry to enter , but those at the pool we were chased by telling us what sarcasm is lacking that opens at 9.00. Annoyed outdoor pool program is written everywhere in the room and the hotel brochures and website as 8-20 , we went to reception where there telephoned Mr. and finally left us to enter . From this I deduced incompetent staff at the pool to complete their work before opening time , ie 8am . Program the outdoor pool , the lifeguard and pool bar is 8-20 .

Review 25：i didn't like that on the 3rd floor was a party such as wedding i was not be able to use the swimming pool of during the party. the pool was on the same floor with the party and i consider that a stupid ideea to block someone to use something that he payed for.much carreful with guest. we have all the same rights even i didn't get married in that during.

Review 36：The staff was very friendly both at checkin and checkout - very informative and pleasant experience, free parking under the hotel (admiral charges for parking your car in the sun), the room was very big and with a great balcony. The room was very clean and staff changed sheets and towels everyday even if we did not want them changed. :)) never made it to breakfast but it was available until 11 am both at the buffet restaurant or a la carte in the steakhouse. Overall, the hotel is very good, pleasant, warm and welcoming. The pool on the 3rd floor is also very nice, the drinks at the pool are great! Request for an upper level room as the view is great!

Review 37：The room on sea view is noisy due to the clubs opposite in Golden Sands, however once the door is closed tightly and the curtains shut tightly - as flashing lights always going off day and night, it was presentable and once you went to sleep you weren't aware of the sounds, but this was also low season so in the height of summer I imagine the partying would be much longer and harder!

Review 38：Skyfall was amazing the pool is a delight. In very hot weather it is nice that it is cold! We arrived in a storm but it soon got hot and lovely. the staff are friendly and quick to serve. I lost my earing down a gully and the staff retrieved it for me. The music was banging and the food was excellent and a great choice of non alcoholic cocktails too! The Steak House restaurant was very nice indeed we did not have one poor choice the wine and food was a very high standard along with the service. We were lucky it was low season we had the restaurant to ourselves most mornings and evenings. The prices were reasonable, but didn't mind paying higher costs as the quality and presentation was so high. Definitely join the Iclub the perks are well worth it such as the dressing gown, reserved places and priority for bookings, made us feel special and well treated. the massage was brilliant and we used the indoor pool and the gymn. Our room was on the 13th floor so had excellent views on the sae view side. The hotel room was spacious and clean but we did have a superior room as per the Iclub. The WIFI was quick and easy to add to settings without filling out any forms.

In the summer I believe is much more beautifull!

Review 69：Very noisy sea-view room (pool bar during the day, open-air night club across the street at night), no private beach, customer service is non-existent: the only answer you get is "as per terms and conditions of your booking", it's like talking to an attorney. Be aware, once you have made a payment, the refund is impossible unless made the same day. I have tried to change the form of payment (a simple credit card refund and recharge) and it was impossible. TV channels line up: nothing for kids, over 10 in Arabic, 4 Israeli channels and nothing in French, Italian, German, Spanish or any other European language (Sorry, some in Bulgarian and 1 in Romanian). In English, EuroNews and ... Al-Jazeera! It seems BBC or CNN are in another league. Overall, after spending $300 per night per room they are still trying to get a little more out of you (not even the coffee machine in the room is not free) because "as per terms and conditions you agreed to" just pay more!
