Review 1：I will suggest to include more proteins in the breakfast.
Review 2：Staff very friendly, they are willing to help all the time. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is good, lots of cakes. Well located, not in the center but very close. Many restaurants and some attractions close to it.
Review 3：- Lack of breakfast options for those with dietary restrictions, but overall the buffet was good. - The mattress seemed old and was too hard. - The pillow was too thin and there were only 2 pillows in the room, 1 for each bed. - There were no power outlets in the room other than the tv's or the bedside lamp's, so we either could not watch tv or had to be in the dark to charge laptops and phones. Or we could do it in the one outlet in the bathroom. - There were only old blankets available. No comforters. - Those little paper tissues in the bathroom make things harder. Toilet paper is better. I almost bought a roll in a drugstore. - The air conditioning unit in our room dripped through the night and we woke up with the floor all wet. Thankfully the staff quickly fixed it. - No amenities in the bathroom. - The rotating parking lot is way too small for the hotel size. You either have to go back early to secure a place or you have to leave the keys with the staff.
Review 4：- Friendly staff - Good breakfast buffet - Bathroom and room were very clean - Room was very silent. - It's located on one of Gramado's main streets. It's about 1 Km (a 10-minute walk) away from Rua Coberta and the main attractions in the city center. - It seemed safe to walk to and from the hotel at night.
Review 5：Quite complicate to find yourself inside the hotel. Only one elevator in my block without Stairs. Restaurants without ramp if coming from inside. I met at least 10 guests trying to find their way.

Review 7：The rooms didn't seem to offer much amenities, and the wi-fi only worked in the lobby, not in the rooms.

Review 11：Few parking spots. (Hotel offers parking, but it gets really crowded by the end of the day). The staff (employees) are terrible. They don't have the minimum idea of how a hotel should be run and how to treat a guest.
Review 12：I really enjoyed the price. It's very good considering the hotel is very close to the city center of Gramado-RS. Breakfast was also ok.
Review 13：- They do not have Ar Conditioning - The architecture of the building forced a pillar to be on the left side of our room. No space on the left side of the bed. Made the room TINY - It says it is a queen bed; its actually two single beds put together - Wifi did not work from our room - The parking lot was tiny, so you had to leave your keys with the staff for some random person to move your car whenever they wanted - There was no shampoo or conditioner in the rooms - It looks good from the outside but the room is very small, not really comfortable. Definitely not worth the money.

Review 24：Wi FI didnt work at first. Next morning not so bad. NO air conditioning and the fan does not work to cool the room. Blowing warm air is not being cool. Breakfast is more about cakes and cold pie. Eggs runny. Coffee was warm not hot. Asked to be near back and top floors. Was placed in loewer area and near elevator and noisey lobby. This is more like a motel 6 than a nice hotel. Better suited for tourist bus than individule couple.

Review 27：I`ve been three times in the last months at this hotel and always very well served. One interesting thing is that the property is served by they owners in respect to the breakfast and check in. I would strongly recomend the hotel
