Review 1：We had an incredible vacation in Marina Grand Beach! The dedicated staff that we met and the quick and perfect service that we received made us feel that we were right to choose to stay here! We had a lovely and comfortable room which was clean and with special sea view.

Review 2：Mediocre food and staff in dining room never spoke. Location is noisy from 8.30 am until automatic lights out on balconies at 11pm. Beach beds, mattresses and umbrellas on beach quite expensive

Review 4：Unfortunately, the hotel is between 4 and 5 stars, in my opinion. Food is very, very, very bad. Not more than 2 stars for the food. Juices were mixed with water. Quality of food very low, and also the offer of disheeses. They have a problem with the parking. not so much space available. WI-FI is good for e-mail, bad for Youtube :). Also problems with the elavator. Doors close too fast and the little one was smashed by the door several times, becasue they don't have a movement sensor. Because of low quality food we shall not come back to this hotel. Which is a peaty, because the view from the room was fantastic.

Review 6：In the bathroom was a strange smell.Some food sortments were limited and after they were fineshed no refill was made (cheese, mussels, deserts). The allinclusive bar was opened only till 23:00. The hotel didn't had sunbeds on the beach, we had to pay for them(30 leva). The snack bar had very few food assortments. There was noise from the nearby beach clubs. The pillows were old and not confortable. In the restaurant the tables were not verry clean and the personnel cleaned with delay the empty plates. No fresh juice was available on the restaurant. In my opinion it is not a 5 star hotel.

Review 7：We had a nice vacation at this hotel. The bulgarian traditional night was special and the dinner food on that night was verry good. The hotel was very nice with big rooms . The vine, juice and cocktails were good. The personnel from the reception and the barmans were friendly. Nice entertaiment shows. The minibar was refiled dailly but the drinks were at a low quallity.

Review 10：Betwen 6-7 Aug , my car was hit in parking area.Bad reaction of personnel involve in security of cars area and very unbelivble the lady from reception try to disculp the hotel personnel and cover to inform the local police about and no video camera support to review the area .

Review 12：The only issue was safety for our 2 year old ,he nearly rolled under the banister or the 2nd floor we just caught him just in time or he would have fallen 2 floors onto the marble floor in reception. 2 year old could also crawl under seperation banister to the apt next to ours. There are several areas were child safety needs to be Improved.

Review 16：A lot of details that made this hotel an only 4* Hotel, Broken TV, Semi- Functional Bathtub, No napkins at dinner service, Rust, Broken Safe (Although complimentary) - In short many of the complimentary items (safe, minibar, even ice, etc.) are just for show. I give it a maximum of 4* tops. For a 5* hotel there shouldn't be much to comment. This Hotel has many minuses regarding 5* service & feeling.

Review 26：I've stayed all inclusive elsewhere but here the alcohol was weak and tasted sweet like syrup. I had a really bad stomach on my first day, I put that down to the rubbery chicken on scures. The food choice was poor I had to fill up on food bought out after I'd nibbled at the restaurant food. The coffee and juice dispensers were often empty, dispensing just water.

Review 32：I stayed at Marina for a week. I did not expect much from the food that is why I did not take all inclusive from the first day. Here was the first pleasant surprise - as a person actively engaged in sports quality of food and especially meat is very important for me. Food was fabulous! So at my second day I payed for all inclusive and enjoyed beef, chicken, pork, bass fish (tsipoura) cooked perfectly at their restaurant. Second pleasant surprise was the staff. The cleaning lady and the staff at the reception were actually dancing while they were doing their jobs, they were all very friendly and just made my day :) The hotel has animators, I think their name is Flofame entertainment - these guys were just great. As a solo traveler I needed some entertainment and they really made me laugh and enjoy my stay. Evenings they have a show - its great! I truly recommend this hotel.

Review 60：The location of the Hotel is very nice, wide rooms and very clean rooms. Hotel Personels are very cheerful. Receptionist girls were very helpful, cheerful and they have helped us for our every problems and turned us with quick & fast solutions. Also we had so much fun almost every minutes with Flofame Entertainment animation team they are so professional and cheerful. They always tried to make all people enjoy with great fun.

Review 61：All inclusive was limited (only certain bars at certain times - finished at 11pm so no further drinks or food allowed) Staff were surly and unfriendly Despite being all inclusive we were not allowed to use things such as the jacuzzi which is next to the pool. Entertainment team were nice but the activitys were very limited. Resort was very noisy till the very late hours and location of the hotel meant you could hear music blaring all night long, ear plugs were required.

Review 66：Friendly staff. We got an apartment and sea view although we paid only for a double room. Big, clean rooms. Great view at the sea. Absolutly loved it. The animator team by the pool was fun and made you feel good during your stay.

Review 67：The meals were very poor for a 5* hotel. We had better meals at 4* hotels. Actually, the meals were poor for a 4* hotel... The parking space was inadequate and the parking boys very rude and uncooperative. They didn't make any effort in finding a parking place for us. That happened because my husband refused to give them any money in order to receive a parking spot. I know that for a fact because they promised us a spot that was going to be empty in 15 minutes but then gave it to another car (probably they gave them something....). The pool was small and without enough space and sunbeds for all guests. If you didn't come in the morning and occupy some sunbeds, by 10 o'clock you wouldn't find any free sunbeds. At 10.30 at night, the balcony lights were shut down, so the 5* hotel was in darkness while the other ones around (3-4 * hotels) were light up. I guess they were saving money in high season...

Review 68：The room was very nice and clean with a great sea view. The pool entertainers were very nice.

Review 69：Very bad hotel, old furniture, very small elevators and only 3 for aprox. 200 rooms, walls was dirty in the room, dirty ceramic in the pool and roasted railings. About the food I have the same impression very cheap and not various at all, dirty and greasy plates. No Wi-Fi in the room and very weak in lobby. Not all the front office staff is speaking english and if you want to complain for something they really don't care and they tell you this. We asked for invoice and they told me that is imposible to give. Like a conclusion not a five stars hotel at all. Maibe a 2,5 - 3 stars hotel

Review 71：Price paid should be half, for a good value. Food quality very low, you can see the same food in two places in the buffet. Variety very low. Cakes and cookies all creamy and faty. Main courses 6-8 varieties. Very noisy rooms, the sound of the beach clubs is in your room until 5 am in the morning. You have to pay for early check in and check out. No free stay.

Review 76：Big rooms, the hotel was very clean. The staff was nice. I would recommend this hotel for families with children as it has a lot of activities designed for them. For young couples maybe it's not the best choice. All in all was ok.

Review 84：We got a very nice appartment on the top of the Hotel with a spectacularview to the sea - wonderfull big terace over there to stay and to enjoyviewing the life down there. The food was okay and quite a varietyofferd from the buffet. The restaurant itself its not very inspiring,its more a huge eating-hall.

Now ,when is main tourist season we had somethimes feeling, that hotel is overcrowed, too much people and overcrowded dining room.
