Review 3：My wife and I visited Zermatt early August. As she had never seen Matterhorn before we chose a hotel with a free and clear view of the mountain. The room at the forth floor was great, 33 m2, a separate sitting place when reading or looking at television, a small balcony and a view that no other hotel can beat. The hotel is in a very calm area, has a large garden, yet close to the center. The hotel offers free electrical shuttle service. The best hotel for people who don't like large busy hotels, when on vacation.

Review 4：This is probably the best hotel in Zermatt. The location is excellent with a clear view of the Matterhorn, very friendly staff, good wellness center including an indoor swimming pool, and superb breakfast.

Review 6：We liked everything: great room with fantastic Matterhorn view, good location with restaurants, shops and ski bus just a few minutes away, very friendly and attentive staff, nice SPA area. On arrival our room was upgraded because my husband had a birthday. Will definetely come back.

Review 8：We loved our balcony with view of Matterhorn, watching it change each day. All of the staff were charming and helpful. We enjoyed having a relaxing drink in the garden after walking in the mountains.

Review 9：We had a little bit of trouble accessing the wifi the first day, but absolutely no trouble on our second and third day. I also would like it if the pool were open past 8:00 p.m.

Review 10：We were upgraded to a junior suite on the top floor for our 30th anniversary. Romy at the front desk was extremely accommodating and allowed us a late check out due to one of our traveling companions being a bit ill. The hotel offers free rides to and from the train station. They have a very nice breakfast selection. We made use of the pool and jacuzzi tub. The highlight was the magnificent views if the Matterhorn. Whatever you do, make sure to book a room with a view. I would definitely stay here again.

Review 27：Lovely stay in an excellent small hotel. Very friendly and relaxed feel with staff more than happy to help with anything. Exceptionally clean and comfortable and a lovely swimming pool and spa to relax in. Glad we paid the extra for a Matterhorn view and very spacious comfortable room.

Review 28：It would have helped to know how the shuttle system worked before getting into the train station. It was very chaotic when I got in, and I was not sure how to find the shuttle.

Review 29：The location! The view was gorgeous! The staff were all helpful and sweet. Breakfast was good, the rooms were just fine, and the staff even went out of their way to provide me with a room that was less expensive than what I had booked thinking a double room was all that was available for the Matterhorn view, it saved me enough money to get a massage and go all the way up the Matterhorn express.

Review 33：Awesome location, close enough to everything yet tucked away to ensure a good nights sleep. Our room had a completely stunning view of the Matterhorn! The extra facilities were amazing. Pool, sauna etc just made the day even better.

Review 34：Very little to dislike.......however two minor things........ the room had a mini bar but no tea and coffee making facilities. One morning at breakfast, we noticed the waiter re-stocked the cheeses with his bare hands, no tongs or gloves were used.
