Review 1：The shower cabin had on the floor in the corners some mold.

Review 2：Food was good with Bulgarian specialties and homecooked food, the possibility to pay for access to Astera private beach. Price quality is really good.

Review 4：Great staff, comfortable rooms, good facilities. Having to pay for the internet in your room is an outdated service and the free connection in the lobby was poor. If this was resolved the hotel would be worthy of it's 4 Star rating.

Review 5：Confusion on booking blamed on booking.com. Essential to make sure allguests & rooms are included in the final price before booking!!!Sauna small (6) & only open certain hours...Turkish Bath thoughbigger was just about warm and open only at certain hours too. Small carpark & tow away zone outside of that.

Review 9：The location is a bit far from the beach which can be a problem if you have young children with you. The major setback is the crowd on the rush hours of meals - sometimes they seemed overtaken.

Review 11：This hotel is far from the beach not 300 m as per hotel information, sure 1300 meters.The parking was full, had to pay for public parking. The internet was awful, it wasn't free. Had to pay per day or whole week and it was so slow I couldn't even open fb. One of the receptionists and parking boy were so mean I was shocked. Only two elevators for such a big hotel. There was plenty of food but all with the same taste. Low quality drinks. The air conditioning is very poor and in the area of reception and bar doesn't work at all.I won't reccommend it to anyone.Generally wrong concept of all inclusive

Review 13：Service was slow, beds uncomfortable, i didnt get a pilow for 4 night because "the hotel is fully booked so we dont have any", kids club was closed on monday for a whole day (we came in sunday), no coffee machine at night, food was just not tasty.

Review 18：Worn out hotel, dirty walls in room, full of screaming children. The hotel has probably not been renovated since it was built. People of a certain nationality almost made war at the buffet in the restaurant. The glasses also had a really strange, almost vomit provoking smell sometimes and the free fruit juices were way too concentrated.

Review 20：The parking was full, had to pay $30 for public parking. The internet was awful, it wasn't free. Had to pay $5 per day and yet it was horrible. One of the receptionists was mean. Nobody cared to ask us how our stay was. They don't care if people are satisfied. They just count on the popularity of the resort. This will change in future if they continue with this kind of service. I am disappointed with my stay.

Review 21：I had a Travel Health Insurance but even though on the wall written something like ...all patients pay except those who have travel health insurance ... for the medical examination of my daughter (13 months) i had to pay in cash and have not received bill, even though I asked for. Finally, I am looking for bill three days. I know that they are not hotel staff, but they work in the hotel.

Review 25：Only two elevators for such a big hotel. Cramped pool. Lounges by the pool taken over by tourists for their entire stay; signaled by personal towels left on the lounges over night. The food, while plenty and quite diverse, tasted a lot like thawed frozen food. Minuscule car park. Beware of abusive car lifting. A family was left without their car while checkin in at this hotel, shortly after unloading the luggage.

Review 26：We enjoyed the aqua gym. The room was large and nicely decorated.

Review 27：The only thing I can say is that if you are used to a good hair dryer, take your own. The ones at the hotel are weak and eat your hair! Also the kiddy pool is right next to the bar which isn't so nice if you don't want your kids close to cigarette smoke. If they arranged the tables off to one side it would be better instead of in front of the bar close to the little ones pool.

Review 43：The Internet situation is a bit disappointing...I would expect a 4 star hotel to provide free and reliable wi-fi.

Review 45：- very small hotel parking. I was invited to park in a paid parking nearby. Also that parking was awful, because your car would get blocked by other cars and you cannot use your car any more. If you are lucky you can also find out that you cannot remove the car from the parking. - awful smell on the hallway - too few elevators for the size of the hotel - a lot of food, but it was without taste and my girfriend got sick from the hotel food - low quality drinks (juices, wine, coffee...) - the gym was not usable (only the bicycle was relatively ok) - I payed for internet in the room, but it was not working The main image of this hotel was that they are very cheap with everything. I won't reccommend it to anyone.

We were welcomed by a very easy-going employee that spoke Romanian that told us that there is NO place to park, BUT he can find a spot if we PAY HIM half the price we paid at the private parking. Funny, huh? - the food diversity is ok but the dishes get repeated after 2 days. - one time at dinner we had only minced meat!!! - the kids food corner has LEFTOVERS from the day before. UNBELIEVABLE! - the fruits were not ripe. I have never seen white watermelon before. and it was daily - The food quality all in all is poor - the snacks are junk - sausages and bad pizzas. The ice-cream is ok - the pool is ok but full of sand and leaves at 9 am when it opens. Most of the spots are taken at 7 am and a nearly half are shadowed by trees. - pretty far from the beach - 7-8 minutes walk on stairs. - the hotel seems old and dusty. I have been to another 4* in Golden Sands (Bolero) that doesn't even compare to this.

Review 49：- we booked a regular twin room and got upgraded to a spacious studio - the cleaning lady was nice and funny although only spoke Bulgarian&Russian - the animation activities seemed nice - good location for YOUNG PARTY PEOPLE -

Review 50：This hotel is far from the beach not 300 m as per hotel information, sure 1300 meters.Staff was unfriendly and very agressive with the tourists:especially stay away from an annoying guy named Dobrin.He rung up three times in the room to request to move the car in a private parking and this before carrying our luggage in the room.In the first day, he left notices under our chamber door in order to pay asap even if we stayed seven days.The hotel has a public parking but it seems that is mainly for staff not for tourists. They offer poor quality food,coffe and juices were poisons(from powder dispenser)...a wrong concept for all inclusive, maybe bulgarian -local all inclusive.The room was not cleanfrom the begining : bad smell and sand under bad and in the bathroom too.The bathroom was a nightmare: water flowed out of the bathroom every time you use the shower.The pool was crowded and has short evening schedule:from 10 am to 6 pm.I don't recommend this hotel anyone....even last choice.

Review 54：You only have soap and shower cap in the bathroom (no shampoo, no body lotion, no hair conditioning, etc) ; everything seams ok at first, but when you look closer in the bathroom the shower was black with dirt and also the wall. The air conditioning is not that great. Overall the room is a 3*, rest of the hotel 4*. For a weekend is ok.

My biggest complaint is the kiddies club leaving children in the club, no one asked my room number and where we will be, after 30 minutes we met my children in the pool without any care! in this kidsclub you have to pay for better Art toys, my kids bored in this club and hotel, the animators did not encourage them to follow any fun I would not return to this hotel due to the lack of effort from the animation team to make the kids welcome or indeed give them anything to do

Review 132：1.no parking place...and there is a big problem with parking places in the area...not to mention that when we were to a private parking, the administrators there tried to rob us by asking twice the price advertised 2.when i booked the vacation it was written that the doctor is available 24h - not true...the doctor was not in and they postponed my seeing several times; when facing the receptionist and asked when is the doctor around so i don't miss him, she had the nerve to tell me that is in 24h---they clearly don't know the concept 3.constantly the benches from the pool were occupied by...towels?! the tourists were placing towels on the benches and leaving for hours which is very annoying when you can't find one; i agree is a matter of common sense from tourists, but an attitude from hotel is necessary if they want all customers happy - put a rule and reinforce it, for God sake do something 4. juices and wines very poor, artificially flavoured - i drank only water and tea the entire time
