Review 1：Absolutely the best hotel in our stay! The value of this hotel that includes dinner and breakfast as well as the normal room charges is incredible. The room was the most spacious we had on the trip. I will definitely return, and if you do before me, say hello to Ginger the hotel dog! Very homey feel, wonderful staff and family run and owned.

Review 9：Wow !!!! The views from this hotel are simply stunning. However, to access the hotel you need to be fit to climb the hills, or have a car. But we only stayed one night so once there we didn't feel the need to leave with views like this. The hotel is also lovely, the rooms were quite large and clean, the bed was comfortable and all the staff were very friendly throughout. We stayed half board and the evening meal was fantastic. 4 courses and every course was cooked to perfection. Breakfast was also nice with a good selection. Bouillon is a lovely little town which was really busy on the day we visited. A visit to the medieval castle opposite is well worth a visit.

Review 17：It is not obvious from the booking.com page that the wellness is not included. For the price paid, it really should be. We were, therefore, very disappointed when we found this out. Also, our room was unfinished in places - for example, we had loose wires protruding from the ceiling and an annoying automatic light. These were not huge problems but, overall, we felt that the room was overpriced.

Review 18：The restaurant is really excellent. Breakfast and dinner there were of a very high standard (dinner especially!). Also, the staff were very friendly and we had a great shower in our room and a fantastic view of Bouillon.

Review 32：Superb location - this hotel really lives up to its name. Food in the restaurant was great, and if you have the appetite for four enormous courses, the set menu is a superb.

Review 33：Lift was getting a bit erratic when we arrived (going to random floors and not stopping properly) . It went completely random on the day of our checkout - these things can happen particularly with older lifts and the owner mentioned an engineer was due to turn up later the same day. -- Only one kind of ham and slightly dried out sliced cheese (but see positive comments as well!). -- It would have been beneficial to make it clearer that the indoor pool is available for exclusive hire and €70 charge per session only, but as booking.com does not allow property owners to write or edit the description themselves, this is a criticism for booking.com, not the hotel owners!

Review 34：Very friendly staff and in-house dog. Great position overlooking the town. Plenty of space to park just outside for free. Short walk into town centre through steps and alleys. Comfortable huge room, excellent lighting arrangements. Bathroom with shower and bathtub. Very quiet at night. Good choice of bread for breakfast and option to cook eggs to your own taste. Pleased with coffee at breakfast. Comfortable lounge area, drinks reasonably priced and WIFI working in public area without too many problems. Definitely a great hotel to stay at!

The room was huge with a seperate area with two very comfortable armchairs.Situated at the front of the hotel we had wonderful views over the town. The quality and service of evening meal was fabulous. The menu and wine list is something to die for! Breakfast also exceeded our expectations. One word sums up our experience at this hotel - perfect.

You can see the owners take pride in their establishment. The food was wonderful in the restaurant and breakfast was good too. Our executive rooms were huge and comfortable with a lovely big bath and separate shower.

Review 86：Staff could have possibly been a bit more welcoming. We where literally just handed a key and the bill - this being the extent of the interaction. I am sure they would have been happy to help of we had any questions but there was no forward approach by them to explain anything a little more. The view is fantastic as previously mentioned, but it comes at a price of having to walk up a steep hill for a good distance to get to anywhere in the town. Certainly not ideal on a hot day after a few beers and a nice meal.

Review 87：The view is fantastic, best hotel in the town. The premium room with a balcony was excellent with a modern twist whilst the rest of the hotel was more 'traditional' and had a 'winter lodge' feel about it. Breakfast was excellent.

Review 93：We stayed 2 nights and we booked an executive room and we had half-boardtoo. We loved the room, so big and with a splendid view of Bouillon, thecastle, the Ardenned mountains. Perfect. The breakfast was excellent,there was a large choice. The evening meals were gourmet meals: verygood presentation, excellent quality and a lot to eat (2 starters, amain course and a dessert). The wine list is very good and we had verygood bottles of wine with our dinners (some wines are a bit pricey, butyou can select a good wine for 20 euro, so nothing to complain). Thestaff and the owners are lovely, friendly and very helpful andwelcoming. Highly recommended hotel!!!!
