Review 1：Everything was just excellent! The staff was really kind and helpful, the spa was amazing and relaxing. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Great place to relax and definitely without any doubts we will visit hotel Chinar again very soon! Thank you very much! I highly recommend it to everyone!

Review 2：In the center in front of the park. This small town made a good base for visiting the historical sites and villages in the area. (Go see the wall art at Stero Zelezare the next town) No pool and just a basic spa – however they offered some other location for free. Not interested so did not get all the details. There are also free bikes offered. Supermarket-small at the end of the street Noise level-Quiet Reception-Friendly not great English skills. There is tourist office in front of the park next to the hotel that will provide a map but little else. Breakfast –Very nice selection of hot and cold items. One cappuccino is free of charge, the second one you have to pay for. Doesn’t start till 8AM Room-Great one bedroom suit was decorated in a sort of romantic French style. Except for a few spots in the carpet the room was very clean. Light for reading –Good Bed – As comfortable as a duvet no sheet and blanket bed can be. Air Conditioning-One in each room and quiet Wi-Fi-Good TV- One modern large TV in each room with several English channels Refrigerator-Small but good Wine glasses-Champagne instead, in spite of a generous tip, the glasses were not washed Room for bags-Good Tea Kettle or coffee maker-No Bathroom-2 of them, one with a huge Jacuzzi tub. Basic amenities but included a codom! No shoe cleaning sponge. Safety Bars- none and the huge Jacuzzi is a bit high Tissues-No Shower pressure-Good Cloths line-no but there is a place for the towels where undies can be hanged. Towels-Nice and clean. Hair dryer-Wall-Ok Full length mirror-yes Makeup mirror- No Self-serve Laundry-No Iron and ironing board-No Complimentary bottle water-No Plugs- Many around the living area

Review 3：We booked because of the score and it has spa facilities. The seasonal pool is the town pool and is several km away. We asked one day for the steam room and sauna to be switched on. They couldn't or wouldn't. Next day we tried again, took a long time to warm up and very soon switched off again. On a timer. The first day breakfast was fine the next day not so. Waited 25 minutes to have our order taken, there were 4 other people having breakfast and like us all waiting. Waited another 25 minutes for our cooked breakfast to come - and it was cold. How do you cook a breakfast and manage to serve it cold. If you want an extra cup of coffee or fresh orange juice you have to pay - cash. Not expensive but never been asked to pay for a second cup of coffee English isn't a strong language here but that's not a problem for us. None of the staff seemed happy, very glum. When we realised that the facilities were not as advertised we asked if we could check out early. Because we had booked on booking.com we would have still have had to pay for the extra nights. We reluctantly stayed.

Review 8：We had a great opportunity to stay here for just one night. Staff is very friendly and inspite of our problem with booking offered for us a VIP room for the same price as simple. Also I would like to pay a special attention on to their restaurant. Food and wines are perfect.

Review 27：Brilliant and luxurious hotel located in the very centre of Hisarya. The room was spacious, clean and well heated. The restaurant provides excellent service and delicious food that is quite reasonably priced. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hisarya and the region.
