Review 1：The hotel is quite far away from the center of the city There is no hairdryer in the rooms There is no pool or resting area in the spa

Review 18：The restaurant accept children birthday parties which could be a but frustrating from time to time if the children are not in the designated area. Besides this, it was wonderful.

Review 46：When walking to your room there is terrible smell of cigarettes. Looks like the ventilation was not so good. The view from the room was not really pleasant. Concrete wall and the neighbors laundry. You need to go outside every time you need to go to the restaurant. Not a big issue when not raining.

Review 48：The heating is on AC and electric radiators and there is no central heating. The tube TVs could be replaced with LCD or Plasmas. This brings some oldfashion imression or lack of recent investment in the hotel.

Review 49：It is next to the upper entrance of Sandanski main park. The place is quiet is good for relax. The staff is very polite and react quickly on any remarks or need for help. The breakfast is good and the hotel restaurant is pleasant with tasty food and good service.
