Review 1：The spa center is a joke. The pool is small and the water is cold and not mineral, smelling of chlorine. The room was advertise with a bathtub as shown on pic, that was not the case. The stuff gives you the notion that you are bothering them if you ask a question. The massages are basically just the 1 massage with dif oil. The jacuzzi is small and barely working. 3 star hotel at best.

Review 4：Lovely small spa, with friendly staff, clean with good food. a special touch was they noticed it was my birthday whilst there and left a bottle of wine and a card in my room, very sweet!

Review 7：4 star hotel lacking a fitness center. There were not enough places in the restaurant or breakfast. The external Jacuzzi is paid.

Review 9：The rooms had an unpleasant smell, both bathrooms smelling like a canal. Despite one of the rooms specifically being a non-smokers room, the room smelt of smoke the whole. We also found a strange sort of insect inside the bed. There is no safe inside the rooms so no place to safely store your possesions. There is no outdoor pool, the advertisement informing us that it's around 400 m away from the hotel when in fact it's a public pool at least 1 km away.

Review 20：Beds are pretty worn and cave in the middle. Pools a little cold. Wifi in the room is weak and need to be near the door.

Review 21：Great spa hotel. We really enjoyed all the spa facilities, pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and massages. The restaraunt is really great and staff are very helpful and friendly. Location is 5 mins walk from the bus terminal. Wish we could have stayed much longer, we didnt leave the hotel at all. Massage best we've had in years.

Review 22：The staff was apathetic. Room was not properly cleaned and had to ask twice for someone to come and re-clean it. The spa wasn't very nice, other hotels in the area have much better facilities.
