Review 1：the staff were terrible. they made no effort to try and communicate with us, and were really loud in the evenings. a very unpleasant stay here.

Review 3：Noisy TV in lobby morning to night. Paper thin walls with tiny bedroom. Shared bathroom not very clean. Wifi nonexistent. Breakfast as bad as expected.

Review 7：personal was very unfriendly, insisted to get the money before we even got our room key. in the offer they promised heating, but there was none. the bed was not newly made, the bed sheet was full with hair and had blood stains etc.. cant recommend this place.

Review 13：- very unfriendly staff, I didn't feel welcome - for everything you ask (e.g. Hot water in a bottle), you need to give your room number, because people in the dorms have to pay for everything, people in the private rooms don't: e.g. Shower, towels, heating... - the room was smelly as was the bed linen - the private rooms get amongst other things a bit of cereal with joghurt for breakfast, whilst the dorm people get a juice instead. In the end, everyone felt somehow bad --> treat people equally no matter where they sleep!!!

Review 15：My private shower and toilet had a big hole in the wall so everyone who went to the shared toilet sounded like they literally were in my room... Loud. Superbasic accomodation, not worth the money compared to other places.
