Review 1：Travelling from Florida to ontario, stopped here for a night solely to sleep and it was perfect for that. Bed was comfy and clean, bathroom was spotless, decor is in need of updating, but absolutely not an issue. Rooms came with a microwave and fridge, the owner even gave us an upgraded room at same price simply because he wanted to ensure our rooms were next to each other. 9/10 would definitely stay again.

Review 3：this building has very bad soundproofing could hear people going upstairs all night long also in late afternoon there was a short time going on in the room next to us if you know what that means I also noticed a sign outside of the building stating they allowed short stays pity pity bad

Review 5：The entrance is not on Huron Church and you have to navigate a bit to find the entrance through another road parallel to Huron Church.
Review 6：Clean and comfortable. Well-kept and obviously upgraded recently. Fast wifi with frid and micro-wave oven -- all you need for your traveling needs.
Review 7：The carpet seems to be very old, gives you a feeling that it is of 20 years ago. No complimentary water or coffee in room.
Review 8：Good stay there. It's perfect if you are looking for a place to sleep and shower. They have small kitchen inside the room with a fridge and kitchenware, so if you want to make light food, you can buy your ingredients and run the show.
Review 9：There was an incredibly bad smell from the cleaning fluids all over the hotel, especially where the rooms were located. It caused my guests to move out after the first night, and of course, no refund on the second night. They moved across the street to the Holiday Inn. My guest suffered severe asthma attacks from the smells, ingesting all those fumes.

Review 13：Owners were great in accommodating us for an extended stay. Ground floor double room was large with easy access to green space for the dog. Decor is not fancy, just the basics but bathroom has been updated. Location is central with easy access to highways and right beside a fabulous fresh food market. Would definitely stay here again.

Review 16：I asked the manager for directions, but I didn't understand what he meant and went the wrong way. When I told him I got lost, he seemed impatient with me. But perhaps he thought his tone was ok since I was trying to talk with him in a casual manner and with good humour.

Review 24：Microwave wasn't working and was not quickly replaced. Other wise 105 is a lovely room on the ground floor. No elevator and the steps are quite steep for us older people. Access is from the back road not from the highway - not a problem just notice.

Review 30：Towels are small (good for a 6 year old). Would be nice to have adult sized towels. Bathroom door didn't lock or close securely. "Kitchen" facilities is a microwave and small fridge. Plenty of restaurants nearby though. A soda machine would be nice though.
Review 31：Good room for a nights stay. Beds are comfortable. Can hear road noise (trucks, etc) but didn't disrupt sleep. This was second stay and would stay again because of the price.
Review 32：If you're looking for a place to sleep that has a fridge and microwave for cooling and reheating food, then this is a good choice. Its in no means luxurious, but well worth the price you pay.
Review 33：The room was advertised as non-smoking but it reeked of cigarettes. It was obvious that the room was frequently booked for smokers because the bathroom sink and tub had numerous cigarette burn marks. The inside of the shower curtain need to be scrubbed on a regular basis. The bacteria formed there was difficult to ignore. Also, the motel needs to have the towels washed with bleach. The stains on the white towels were off-putting. It's a good thing I bring an extra towel - just in case. The wifi reception was working the first night but became problematic the next day and night.

Review 39：They place was right beside a major highway. You needed to hunt to find any staff if you needed them. there are no ice machines. While pop and water is available the the front desk (advertised on the window) the staff is seldom at the desk. The steps going to the second floor are steep, very narrow and you almost need to put you foot on each step sideways in order to negotiate them.

Review 45：No hotel access from Huron Church road. One must drive a block east and access the parking lot from Daytona street. I stayed 2 nights and the 2nd night my room was rented out again even though I still had the room key. Staff thought I left since I don't leave anything in the room during the day. Staff fixed the problem that evening but it would have been a very big problem if I would have returned much later that night.
Review 46：Excellent room rate compared to any other motels on Huron Church street. Room was clean and had only what I needed. I was staying only a while, not paying as if I just bought a condo.
