Review 1：everything was perfect

Review 2：On one side of Kranevo little village, San Marco Villas is a tourist complex located at the end of the street 200-300 meters away from the beach that you can reach walking on a wood bath crossing the vegetation. The complex is really nice, offering a gated environment (you can park inside), 2 pools: each one serving a group of villas. There is also a bigger one in the part of the complex not rented (used by the remaining villa's owners). We rented a one bedroom villa (around 70sqm) on 2 floors with very large living room and annexed kitchen, a nice large and private veranda, in front of one of the pool. We were welcomed with 2 big bottles of fresh water and a nice big bottle of fresh wine. Staff really friendly and caring. Apartment spotless and comfortable furnished

Review 3：Excellent, quite, clean, well organized, just perfect for a relaxed comfortable holiday. Isolated privacy but not far from town centre. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Review 4：Not all doors from the bedrooms were closing. In the first day, had an incident ( water was leaking in the bathroom from the upper floor ) but it was solved very quickly.

Review 6：The villa contains 3 floors, so its hard to go up and down all the time. The bath does not have doors or curtain that protect from the water to go all over the bathroom. There is not any washing machine.

Review 8：last year we rented a two bedroom villa.all was perfect.very clean and no problem.this year rented a three bedroom villa.but this year some annoying problems:first of all wasps were overall present. As soon as we arrived one stang my husband in the back and one my cousin in the head.it was a nest right nearby...for two families with small children believe me this is very scary.we talked with Ivana and they distroyed the nest soon.but a whole more bunch had nests on the rooftop of the villas and near air conditioning plumming . Another day Ivana's replacement came at my request because I found two days in a row wasps in our room,although mouskitos net was on,to kill them with a Raid spray.unfortunately this did't distroy the nest s but some wasps...on the day we left Ivana said they called a specialised company to solve the problem. I hope they do. air conditioning in one room was broken so that it poured water onto the floor.we spoke with Ivana and one hour later it solved. The floor when we arrived ...was not properly washed.it was not also clean in the corners of the rooms.one big spider in one bedroom closet.we had to request a mop and broom to better clean ourselves.it was much cleaner last year...oh and the last one is that the smell under the sink in the kitchen was awful.water was infiltrated somehow...we spoke and this was partially solved too. I appreciate very much the helpfullness of the staff (especially Ivana)and that they were willing to solve the problems immediately... BUT if they would have checked the villa more througly,maybe this things didn't happen at all. last year none of this happened.so I guess it is maybe a maintenance issue or they changed some staff...

Review 10：Excellent place, with kind hotel-staff. I would for sure choose it again if I have to be again in this region. I stayed in the villa nr 10, the last in a row, quiet, with privacy - perfect. Huge play ground. Safe parking inside the property.

Review 13：Curtains are very light, you can not sleep well there, early in the morning to wake up man on a sunny and hot sun and light in eyes.Doors the rooms are the biggest minus of this villa, you can not turn a blind absolutely have no keys and hear everything through them.

Review 27：The area had a slightly weird smell. The bathroom is rather small and does not have electrical outlets.

Review 28：The setup of the appartment is nice (two stories, back yard, kitchen). The staff is excellent and we felt very welcomed. Very quiet, nice swimming pool. Not directly at the beach but the walk to it leads through beautiful meadows. Free internet, many tv channels, and dvds. The whole complex is clean and secure. It seems to be child friendly and yet it was so quiet.
