Review 1：Checkout queue. Pay when you arrive, not when you leave.
Review 2：We had a good night's sleep and an excellent breakfast. Only provlem we had was that the checkout took more than an hour, and we had to catch the eurostar in the next hour. We had to jump the queue, which made the native language speakers a wee bit upset. The excellent hotel should get more people at the reception at peak times. Hotel very good. Recommended! !!

Review 4：The staff is super-friendly and incredibly helpful. Instant help with document printing and scanning without any per-page charges. Dank u well! This hotel is fully wheel-chair accessible (including showers, balconies, etc). This results in an unusual layout that quickly becomes 2nd nature.

Review 13：This was a great hotel. It does look a bit like a hospital, but the beds were one of the most comfortable ones I've ever slept in, the staff were very helpful and the location worked for me really well. Very spacious room, too.
Review 14：This hotel was most disappointing. The bedrooms was like being inhospital. Too clinical. We are not disabled, and would recommend only 20rooms for the disabled, and the 24 for 'normal couples. The 'wetroom' was a disaster, flooding the bathroom. What is the purpose ?Wheelchair users would be sodden. No shower curtain made the floordangerous and slippy for at least 12 hours. The beds had an iron grillall round the outside, making it difficult for slightly elderly peopleto climb in and out. Mattress made you sweat in bed.The hoteldescription said it was suitable for disabled. In fact that was totallymisleading as all the rooms catered for the disabled. Sorry we made amistake. Your advert was most inviting. Needs to be changed, so otherpeople are not mislead.
Review 15：Cleanliness and location. The reception was most helpful, but went offduty at 4.30pm each day.
Review 16：Easy parking in front of the hotel, close to the beach and to adventure parc Plopsa in De Panne, friendly personnel, very nice restaurant. It is more of a business style hotel, but very suitable for a family with small kids wanting to enjoy Belgian coast.
