Review 1：Everything was fine, from booking to arrangements, food, and lift to the station, Had nice room with view of the lake and mountains. Staff were kind and helpful

Review 2：They start cleaning at 7:30 on the corridor which is not acceptable in any civilised environment. They try to get to your room from 8:00 am to clean it so be sure to put do not disturb sign on your door!!!

Review 4：The design of the room was good. The hotel was in the center of the town and provided free shuttle to the train station. Closed to bus stations and a supermarket. Breakfast was abundant. Free snacks and drinks in the minibar everyday. The hotel provided Engadine Card which allowed you taking bus, trains and cable cars for free in Engadine area while staying the hotel.

Review 5：The area is incredibly beautiful and the town itself is fun to walk around in. We didn't realize many stores and hotels would be closed in May but we had 2 outstanding dinners at the hotel's restaurant Acla!

Review 42：The room was too hot even with the airconditioning turned to coldest and the bedding was too hot also. This however wad the same in every hotel we stayed in in Switzerland. All 7 of them.

Review 43：Service was excellent. When my hairdryer cut out half way through styling my hair which is a very common problem I requested another quickly and it arrived in only one minute. Normally it takes too long and I can no longer tame my hair. Plus service in the restaurant both at breakfast and dinner was excellent as was the food. Getting a lift from the train up the hill with our luggage was a very welcome treat also.
