Wands never work properly ad too many glitches in the program not working OK. |With the money that the hotel is making daily should be a better entertainments for kids. What about a nice entertainment for teenagers, many of my friends and own teenagers do not want to go there. Pool table, some dancing time and music could be nice to have, always with some supervision and not alcohol even for over 19. Just have some fun.

Review 12：Staff and service is OK. Dead line of hrs for lunches, breakfast and water park hrs should be extended. Other waterparks stay open until 11 PM, why closing a 9.30 PM?

Review 34：Food at Buckets and the other pizza quick stop was poor and grossly overpriced. We called for a room service pizza and the staff said it would be done in 15 min if we came to pick it up...25-35 if delivered to room. We opted to go to pick up.When we arrived after 15 min, the pizza had not even been started. So, we waited a full 30 minutes more for it. Same experience when ordering a sandwich from this venue. OVER PROMISE lengthy wait time. Food from Buckets was cold. Staff overheard saying "people never complain" from poor service. Our room was not cleaned and made up on day 2 until late in the PM. Room above us was noisy till all hours of the nite even after our complaint.

Review 44：The price. I've been in the summer of 2011, then summer of 2014 and now last week in 2015 and each time it has cost me $813 for 2 nights stay. As a single parent I find this amount of money is ridiculous. I save for months and months because meals are also extra and gas for my car to get there and the arcade. I do this because Great Wolfe Lodge is my 13 year old daughters favorite place in the world but working 7 days a week 2 jobs is killing me.

We have been to many destinations with the kids, (waterparks, tourist locations & all-inclusives) this was by far the most over priced and over rated. We will not be returning to any great wolf lodge.

I travel a lot and have never been treated with such disrespect ... I work in the retail world in higher management and I would never have allowed my staff to conduct themselves in this manner ... Were not told of any of the deals eg : meal plan .. Asked for a birthday banner for our granddaughter put on door the night before her birthday ... I guess rhat is during the night as I had requested ... All as we wanted as to give our granddaughter 2 nights at your establishment ... Which seemed to be a problem right from the start ... This child lost her mother my daughter and it was supposed to be special for her and it was not ... I would respect a reply to this whole situation ... As I am taking this much higher ... Very dissatisfied

Review 57：Staff (a young man)at the water slide with tube talked rude to my 7 yearold because he wasn't sitting properly in the tube, it was his firsttime and he was a bit scared. The young men told him " Can'tyou ear ? I said put your butt in it ! " Not only my son, but thewhole family speaks English even if we are French Canadian. All becausehe was insecure and took to much time.

Review 58：The beds are so confortable and the kids slept just like if theywere home.

Review 59：This hotel is really not worth the price, and once you get into thehotel, they keep you spending, spending, spending. There are lots ofattractive things for the kids to do - like mini golf and the"magic sword game", but they are not included in the cost ofthe hotel and are very expensive! The outdoor pool is small and therearen't even close to enough chairs for everyone, so if you want tosit by the pool either get up at 6am to stand in line to reserve a seator spend more money to rent a "private cabana" (a plastic tentwith pool chairs in it). The rooms look fun, but in person they areoutdated and well below standard (beds, furniture) for the price you arepaying. Finally, I keep going over what I paid on booking.com for theroom (be careful of charge at hotel for 2nd night) and what we paid uponcheck-out, and it still doesn't add up. I know that taxesweren't included, but they have still managed to pump a few moredollars out of us somehow.

That there was a outdoor bbq and the time it closed. No information regarding the resort from the front desk

Review 69：The staff. Not that caring enthusiastic attitude. Rude water park attendants aside from a blonde guy and another with pink glasses. Jessica M at the grizzly rob was amazing and thats what we were used to last visit. Dinner buffet was always our favorite but aside from ravioli and my delicious mango pork dumpling we thought meat dry, and a little lackluster. Mainly from time you walked in felt like you were processed. Not that welcoming enthusiasm we are used to that makes it special. Trading post staff stood around and while i had to reach up high grabbing a stuffed toy i saw the two girls just watch me do it.

Review 91：The place is great for kids, but they sure do nickel and dime you over everything. It's great that the water park is included, but you have to pay extra for everything else. Plus (and I know it's a safety measure) but the height expectations for the water slides are ridiculously high. My son has been swimming since he was 2.5 years and is now 4, my daughter is 7 and swimming since 3. They don't take that into consideration at all, it's based on heights which are again too high. Paid good money to be there, and my son wasn't able to go on anything but the small kiddies slides and waive pool. I get its for safety but put the kids before your paranoia of a law suit.

Big hotel, musty smelling rooms in reasonable upkeep, basic food options, rooms not ready by check in time, concierge/staff know little about life outside of hotel (the best external information the concierge could muster was a badly photocopied map of the area).

On the way to the property (7 hour drive) someone called and said my room was only available for 1 of the 2 nights I reserved (meanwhile, I got confirmation that the room was available). Instead of lowering my rate, which they said they could not due since it went through booking.com, they gave us vouchers for the restaurant.

Review 104：Should be more waterslides more cameras that work on the waterslides are more outdoor slides. Food was way to expensive so we left the facilty for meals. The room was nice and fun for the kids but does not need to be so expensive. I could understand paying that much for the room if more activities were included such as mini putt, crafts for the kids etc. we are still waiting for water slide pictures 3 days after our departure. There meeds to an agenda for us to follow instead of having to take our chances running up and down to check monitor at front desk. Even after tipping housekeeping our room was not cleaned and re stocked with cups etc properly. I could have taken half our group all inclusive to mexico for the same money. I am disappointed to say the least.

Review 130：We stayed at the great wolf lodge as a family whilst on a road trip Toronto - New York - Vernon - Montreal. It provided an excellent base to ee Niagra Falls and on site entertainment from dawn until dusk for the children. We had a suite with kitchen which provided ample space for the whole family in two double beds. The evening buffet was excellent catering for all tastes. Staff were warm, welcoming and very helpful. The magi quest was the high lite of my 10 year olds stay.

Review 131：The breakfast was not good at all. 16.99 per adult is was to expensive for what you offer and no bacon! The only thing my daughter would of ate and you didn't offer it. Other than that the stay was heart.

Eventhough the outside attractions were not open, yet, we still had a greattime and still considered it an excellent value. We got a King bed suitewith fireplace and jacuzzi tub and the bed was exceedingly comfortable.After a full day of water play, it was awesome. This was our first visitand we all had a blast! Review 135：Not enough food and beverage seats for the amount of guests in this hotel/resort. Very loud after 10 for a place with young children. Rooms do not have good sound proofing.

Review 142：Well I am very pleased with the overall service, the room is very clean and the staff are very nice. My kids loved the water park and it was very clean. The only thing that was disappointing was that I asked to make sure the caption to be working and they tried to make it easier by giving us a room as quickly as possible. There was no caption working as well. I am surprised that it s a popular hotel and it does not have any caption available. So I am a little disappointed. That s all.
