Review 1：No problems at all.

Review 2：The room was spacious,with a large bathroom. Best of all it had a very lovely balcony with a small sofa to sit on. Restaurant was good with a large menu and enormous gins It was in the middle of the town but still very restful.

Review 3：The spa was small, the temperature of the water in jacuzzi was to low and the saunas had to be start up by the clients. The breakfast was continental and you have to ask for coffee or tea, because they are not included in one of the 3 types of menu. And first of all, I don't like the practice of the Bulgarian hotels, to block the money at the moment of the reservation and to unlock them when they remember, often after one week or more after the payment of the room. Even I warn the receptionist about the fact that the amount for the room was already blocked on my account, for a period of 5 days on my account were blocked 100 euro, that means two times the price of the room! This is not fair and, on my opinion, not legal. This is happens to me for the second time in Bulgaria and I don't think I will made reservation in advance in this country. Is outrageous.

Review 13：Fabulous boutique hotel! Great hotel, good location near the center, spacious room and bathroom, king size bed, terrace. The breakfast included was a la carte with variants of options. Friendly staff, quiet hotel, mini spa in the basement with sauna and jacuzzi.

Review 14：I use my computer frequently and the wifi was very weak (my tablet would not connect) in my hotel room (Room 32). A couple simple rangeboosters might solve the problem.

Review 15：The hotel manager, Nicholas, runs a fantastic small hotel next to the river in Sandanski. Very quite, clean, and with excellent staff. From the receptionists to the restaurant staff they were all knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
