Review 1：Our room was a little hard to find, but got help from the bell hop.

Review 2：Value and size of room which was perfect for our family of 6. The facilities where very good and we really enjoyed our stay.

Review 3：Not well supported hotel - dirty apartment with broken sofa. Between the spa center and pool there is a connecting tunnel which is very cold, also cold in the changing rooms.

We travell with our small baby girl 2,5 and this small holiday(we stay 2 nights) was one of the best we ever made.First of all i would like to thank for the hospitality Medite hotel,since we book the Aparthotel but they made us, without asking , compliment staying in the mainbuilding !(we stay in room 104 in the first floor) and it was big ,clean and very quaet with new and modern fearniture inside.Breakfast was good, buffet style.The best part was outdoor swiming pool!!!!!It was really amazing (it is complex with about 5-6 swiming pools) !We stay 30/05 & 31/05 ,weather was suny and we really had great time in the pool area .Restorant was exelent as well, with good prices and good quality food.Really, if you want to relax or you are family with small children this is perfect destination for you!We stay couple of times in this hotel (usually during the winter), it was the first summer we visit Meidte Hotel and for sure we will come again!Thank you one more time for making our holidays so specious!

Review 17：One of the 2 beds in our room was broken, old pillows and the bottom sheeds too small to cover the mattresses well!

Review 19：Smell from bathroom, one bedroom apartment wasn't 83m2, but 40, no wifi in rooms, paper walls, you can hear everything from other rooms and halls, and it gets very noisy with drunk guests all around.

Review 53：There was no hot water in our room. Nobody seemed to care about that when I complained. All the water drain pipes were clogged. Most of the facilities were old and broken. Awful smell in the bathroom. No towels provided and when I went to the reception desk to ask for such, there were also other guest waiting for the same. The towels they gave us were ragged. The apartments building is separate from the main building with the spa, the reception and the restaurant and there is no phone even to call the reception. Disastrous value for money.

Review 55：Showers only in the apartments, no baths. Cooking facilities provided but no pots, kettles, plates well zilch! I was able to borrow a kettle! So if you are planning on using the apartments bring your own!

Review 59：The Apart Hotel Medite is not located in sandanski. I felt cheated atour arrival because I realized it is 4km away in the next village on thehill road. Moreover, most of the pictures associated are based on MediteSpa Resort. Our apartment was not in a "botanic garden" but ona big cross-road and it was impossible to open the window due to thenoise, dust and fuel vapour. We went there for the breath air. Hugedisappointment.

Review 67：The floors were quite dusty. When we extended the sofa in the living room, there were crisps and popcorn under the upholstery, probably left by previous guests. Also, there were no bedsheets and pillowcases for the third person in the apartment, although we had reserved two apartments for 3 persons each. And one more thing: we had to change one of the bedrooms, as it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and we had booked rooms for non-smokers. Fortunately, the staff were very kind and answered our requests promptly.

Review 68：The apartments and the rooms are very large and modernly decorated. They are provided with kitchens, microwave ovens, fridges, TV sets and air conditioning. The view from the balcony is great. Breakfast was comprehensive. All in all, a nice place to stay.

Review 73：The breakfast was awful. The stuff did not refill and the food was not enough for the clients of the hotel. The double room and the apartment I booked were dirty and the meat in the restaurant was very salty, not fresh, small portion, not delicious and very expensive. The place looks nice when you first see it but now they are making some reconstruction work of the bigger pool so it is little bit loud and not nice to be at the pool. This hotel is considered luxurious but the only thing that was really luxurious were the prices....I am very disappointed!!!!

Review 75：The food is wonderful, the staff is very helpful and friendly, just as expected. The architecture is interesting and modern with lots of glass and light. The rooms are stylishly decorated and clean.

Review 76：Didn't understand why we had a fully equipped kitchen if no kitchen ware available. Not that we wanted to cook that night but it may be worth asking g if you count on making your tea or salad. Did not have time to truly explore but surrounding doesn't look too tempty.

Review 77：We only went there as a last-minute stopover in our way to Greece. We arrived after dark and left after breakfast. It was the best value for money we have ever received from a hotel. Maybe we were lucky to book last minute our apartment. We received a really large apartment in excellent condition. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was quite generous considering how much we paid for it. And, we did not used the spa to get more amazement.

Review 78：The place is not kept-up. Tiles falling off the pool wall. Broken tilesand pieces on the stairs, walls etc. Shower next to pool was notworking, chairs and umbrellas were old and patchy in theirfunctionality. -There was a construction ongoing which was right next tothe pool and not well covered. -Waiters looked confused and never knewwhat the menu means or comes with.
