Review 1：Quiet location, but easy to get into the town with the shuttle bus provided by the hotel. Tuk tuks were plentiful in the town if you missed the hotel shuttle and not expensive. Excellent breakfast with main course cooked to order.

Review 2：The "boutique design" of the rooms makes things like the wash basin a little impractical. Noise travels easily from room next door. The beds are a little too soft for decent back support, the duvets a little too thick - the climb back up to our room (#15) was quite steep and long with no lift to ease the way.

Review 3：The staff were friendly, helpful and seemed happy at their work. The breakfast was excellent. The airport pick-up & return and town shuttle were free and convenient. The view over the town & hills beyond gave a pleasing outlook. The wifi connection was free and good.

Review 6：Excellent facilities, friendly and very helpful staff that goes out of their way for you. It is about 10-15min walking from the centre of the town but if you are feeling lazy they have courtesy tuk-tuk or van. If you want they can help you organise tours or tell you what to do while you are in Luang Prabang

Review 7：This place was expensive. Beers were like 5x what they were elsewhere, however, after knowing this we bought them at the market close by and brought them to the pool, room, etc. Knowing that you are paying a premium, this place is really awesome.

Review 8：The hotel was beautiful, HUGE rooms, very clean. Staff was enjoyable. Loved the pool, amenities, etc. The private tuk tuk to the town and free bikes to use were also great. They also organized motorized scooters for us at the hotel, and a tour to the elephant camp - both of which worked out very well.

Review 9：We arrived for our stay in early April, the tourist season was drawing to a close and it felt as if the hotel had wound down, the first mornings breakfast was a limited buffet, then the buffet disappeared altogether, also when ordering food/ drinks, the staff seemed to have run out of quite a bit, this being said, the hotel was very clean & comfortable and the staff extremely helpful within the limits of availability.

Review 19：The staff is really nice, but the hotel is far to be a 5 star. I stayed 3 nights and the wifi didn't work any of the day. The breakfast is a quality of a 3 star hotel. Need to improve a lot to keep the 5 stars.

Review 22：Room layouts look quite different on the pictures. We had booked a room which was described to have a lounge area. But the room we had, had no such lounge area. We did not miss it until we had to spend one day inside the room due to heavy rain.

Review 24：We arrived at Kiridara during a downpour at night. Initially we thought that it was a long way from the town centre. We were pleasantly surprised the following morning with a magnificent view towards Mt Phou Si. The courtesy coach into town is a great service - one need not worry about getting around. The staff are ready to help where possible.

Review 26：If you want to be in old Luang Prabang, this is not for you. If you want a 3 year old modern hotel then we can recommend Kiribati. Depending upon how full it is, there was a breakfast buffet as well as the regular menu. If you do not want to go into town to eat in a restaurant, the Pho Dui will not disappoint. The infinity pool is beautiful and the views of the surrounding hills quite extra ordinary. The free shuttle into town and back was a great saving and allows one to ignore the tuk tuk drivers. The hotel will provide transport to and from the airport. The staff was more than willing to meet all of our requests.This would be a hotel we would return to on a future visit.

Review 60：Staff with very little english. Forget wifi,it just does not work anywhere. Very expensive. A 5 star price in a 3 star hotel. We booked a room with bathtube but we got one with shower only. Had to call reception to bring new towels,as the cleaning staff forgot to do it. Both bed lights broken. You can have better for less money.

Review 64：the staff was friendly and helpfull, when we needed to go to town the shuttle was always ready for us, we could also take bikes and would be in the market in 5 min. The pool was fantastic and the breakfast very good too, with home made yogurt and jams. We were spending some days of our honeymoon here and I'd definitely come back if I marry again :-)

I think it has the best location in town, right up on the slope of a mountain with full city view. 5 minutes by hotel tuk-tuk (free of charge whenever needed), which was always available 9when it was not the staff used their van - free too). The food was very good. We did several room services and all were excellent and quick. If next time in LP would only stay there.
