Review 1：The was no room service! There was very noisy children without control shouting and running in the halls??Disturbing!

Review 4：One young lady on reception was exceptionally helpful in finding details about how to get up the mountain... She even phoned the funicular and called my hotel room later to tell me it wasn't running that day. Good breakfast too.

Review 7：The renovated side of the hotel is very nice. Great views. Clean, very nice but have heard that this isn't the case in the "non-renovated" rooms which are old, out-dated. Great location, close to beautiful new public pool. Many restaurant options. Complaints were addressed and the manager and staff tried to make things right.

Review 8：Reception staff are friendly & most helpful. We ate at Siam Wings restaurant, expensive but one of the best Thai meals we've had. And I especially loved the vodka sorbet dessert

Review 9：We arrived 1 pm., the Asian lady staff at check-in counter not even check our booking document, she just told us that we need to wait another 2 hours because the hotel's check-in time is 3pm. so we ask whether the hotel can keep our luggage, she gave us the key and point to the storage. When we finish organizing our luggage 5 minutes later, one of my friend just ask another senior European men staff regarding the check-in, he checked our bookings and said our rooms are ready and gave us the keys instantly !!!

Review 12：The check-in was fast & friendly, we even got an upgrade to superior so the nice room was big and very comfortable. The hotel has a small but very nice wellness with sauna and steambath, the relaxing area comes with a stunning view over the lake, village and surrounding mountains. Last but not least there is a big breakfast buffet included with a wide range of food.

Review 13：Although the bathroom was spacious and well appointed, the single bedroom was cramped. The bed was comfortable, though, with good blankets and I was only in the room to sleep.

Review 14：The willingness of the staff to help, the quality and quantity of breakfast - it was really enough that you didn't need to eat again until dinner time. There was plenty of storage space and provision for ski equipment, although it wasn't yet ski season. It's just down the road from the "co-op" which has everything you'd need. There's a P.O. right across the street.

Review 15：I was surprised that there was a bus transport of the hotel to and from the railway station. Also the hotel gave a ticket, with which you can use all the busses and nearly all the cable cars to the mountains. Wellness was there with pool and sauna. WiFi in the room.

Review 42：Almost everything; very good breakfast choice, comfortable, spacious room with LOTS of wardrobe space for 3 of us. Lovely view of the mountains from our room. Hotel isn't in the city center, but only a short bus ride from the main train station, and the hotel offers a free shuttle service to the station. Frequent free short concerts/recitals (though donations are welcome). Many 'wellness' options - though for a price! We only stayed 2 nights, but wouldn't hesitate to return. Reasonable price for St. Moritz.

Review 45：My 'superior single room' was advertised @20 m2. In reality I could hardly walk around my bed. The answer to my complaint was that I could upgrade to a double - paying more, of course ! And: I stayed on a weekday - impossible to sleep with the window open at night - people shouting around in the parking lot. If you're looking for a cosy place in the area - go somewhere else.

Hotel is quite old, require renovation but if you are looking for a budget avvomodation, it's great. However definitely not up to the standard of a 5 star. We got charged $100 for a ski pass as my friend threw it out after finish skiing. It was not known nor communicated to us by the hotel staff that we will need to return the ski pass or will incur a fine. They advised it was on the fine print when we signed and accepted the passes. Totally unprofessional and unimpressed as it was their negligence to ensure it was communicated to us but we had to pay a hefty fine for it In summary, we will not return to the hotel nor recommend our friends to stay there. There are plenty other better for value hotels in St Moritz

Review 67：My confirmation stated a superior room - this room has been recently been built or renovated. Room 229 was neither superior or recently built or renovated. Firstly the sink was cracked, then the mold on the tiles, then the out dated bathroom suite. The shower head was fixed to the wall and could not adjust the height. The room was very basic and bland. A plus was that the bed linen was clean.

Review 72：Located away in a quiet area away from the town centre.(hotel staff said not too far, by walk 15 minutes but we did not try ) Our balcony look out to a quiet road and mountain. There are bus stops in front of the hotel ( 3 minutes walk ) that makes travelling convenient. For our stay of 2 nights, we were given a card that allows free travel within the region ( train , bus ) and free cable car rides. The hotel has several restaurants, including a Japanese and a Thai restaurant providing good options. Free wireless in the room, not just in the lobby like some other hotels. The Hotel regularly organises cultural events. Front desk staff helpful but business-like.
