Review 1：The pool is big, however it has a specific unpleasant smell. The menu could be upgraded as well it is too conventional though costly.

Review 9：The closed door swimming pools, although very good in general, needed a bit more cleaning. They were a bit mouldy; which I wouldn't have noticed normally, but with a small child you see things like this. The children's pool needs a bit more looking after. The level of English of the staff was poor, aside for the reception girls and one waiter, the rest were difficult to talk to. Review 17：they definitely don't pay attention to the details like a 5 star. Lifeguards put out chair cushions covered in bird dropping and didn't wipe them. Wifi was horrible. The best I could stay connected was for 3 minutes before dropping. Most of the trip, couldn't connect anywhere in hotel.

Review 90：Please note that the massage we had for 90 & 70 minutes it took 15 min less. I hope somebody from hotel management stuff will read this comment and will improve it. There are rooms with windows at the river and this might be to laud for somebody. We really enjoyed the sound, but I understand that for somebody can be annoying, especially when you like to sleep with open windows.

Review 91：It is a perfect place where you can spend one weekend to relax. Clean & large rooms. A small green park in front of hotel is perfect for a short walk. There outside is a play zone for children. Plus indoor is a room with different activities for children, where you can leave them to play. One outdoor swimming pool available during winter, too.

During our stay some guests in the hotel were smoking, and all the smell keep coming in our room. Even though we complained several times, no actions were taken. Review 112：From 15 days of our staying in the hotel we had to share evening terma-mineral area and swimming pool with Football players team during 7 days. It was very unpleasant especially if you came for resort with allergic child especially for water treatment. Gymnastic area was occupied by sportsmen as well. We had to leave the hotel one day before and it was refused to pay back one day prepaid amount.
